Energy Clearing - Cleansing Energy You've Absorbed

In this video we will ground, open the space and then release low vibrational or negative energies that you have absorbed from people and places. In this safe, protected space, energy clearing will clean out the energies that are not yours. You will feel relief and lightness following this energetic cleansing.

Welcome to this energy clearing video. Please make sure that you're at home or somewhere that feels really safe and quiet. Somewhere where you're not going to be disturbed for the next 15 or 20 minutes. And you can sit or you can lie down. Just get yourself nice and comfortable so that you can feel really relaxed and really receptive to this process. This video in particular is for clearing out energies that you've picked up that are not yours. So things that are sticking to you in your field or in your body, But things that are not yours. And you may experience the energy being released as tears, Coughing, Yawns and burps. All of this is perfect, So just allow, Don't try to stifle anything, Just allow the yawns, Allow the burps. So if you're fully comfortable, We'll begin. So start by feeling your own body. Full attention on your own body. And just notice how your body moves as you breathe. Notice the bigger movements. And now see if you can notice some of the smaller movements, The more subtle movements. Full attention on you. Let's take a full deep inhale together. So fill up completely. And when you're ready, Let it go out of your mouth. And again, Full inhale. Exhale out of your mouth. Last one together, Inhale. Now let your breathing just go back to its normal rhythm. And take your attention to your spine, Your backbone. And feel its strength. And now take your attention all the way to the end of your backbone, To your tailbone. And from here, Choose to send down a network of roots, Your roots, Down until they reach Mother Earth. And once they reach the Earth, Send a nice, Deep, Broad network of your roots into the Earth. And breathe. While you do this, I'm going to open the space. I call in Archangel Michael. I ask him to hold and protect you and your space there. I ask him to hold and protect me in my space here. And I ask him to hold and protect this shared space that we're in. Full protection from all and any low vibrational and negative energies. Full protection from any spying energies. And full protection from any ancestors who are not yours and who are not holding the highest and best of intentions for you. Thank you Archangel Michael. I set the strong and immovable intention that everything that we do here is for the light, With the light, Through the light. For truth, With truth, Through truth. For love, With love, Through love. For your highest and best good. And so it is. I also set the strong and immovable intentions that all beings who are currently in the space, Or who may later be called into the space, They must be holding the highest and best of intentions for you and or me. And if those things are not true, They must leave the space now and will not be permitted entry later. And so it is. I call in the energy of the sacred fire, The pure crystalline waters, The diamond frequency. I also call in the sacred, Pure grandmother energy. And the energy of pure love. So now I invite you to give permission for this healing, To give permission for this clearing. Everything is for your highest and best good. So we now fully unveil, Fully illuminate all and any energies, Including any that are hidden, Shape-shifting, Shielded or protected. Including any that you're hiding from yourself. All and any negative and low vibrational energies that you've picked up from other people or from places that you've been. I freeze them all in place now. I ask the lasers of pure source consciousness to go all the way around them, Severing their connection to you and your connection to them. I place the explosives of pure source consciousness at the core of each of these energies and I explode them all now. I place more of these explosives and I explode them now. I place more and I explode them now. Nothing that is not pure you may remain. It all goes now. So you decide, You choose, It all goes now. All and anything that is not you, All and anything that is not yours, It goes now in full. We pull that stuff out at the roots. We also pull out and send to the light all and any programming that these energies put in. We remove all and any energetic imprint and memory from this stuff. It all goes directly to the light now. And again, Choosing, It goes now. None may remain. It all goes now. Now do a body scan. Where in your body are you feeling something that shouldn't be there? You might feel it as a tightness or a pain or a sensation. Hold your attention there. While we pull this energy out, Sending it directly to the light. Where else in your body are you feeling something? Take your attention there. You let it go. We revoke all and any permission that these energies had. They must go now. It is not your job to absorb these energies, To carry these energies. It is time that they go now. Wee! Okay, One last time, Body scan. Where else are you feeling something? Bring your full attention there. Release, Release, Release. Release. I ask the sacred fire, I ask the fire of pure source consciousness to burn all the way through you. Burning directly to the light, All and anything that I've missed. All and anything that is residual. I now ask for a healing balm of pure source consciousness to come all the way through you. Asking that that balm, That serum, That it repairs all and any damage that was caused by any of this stuff. I ask that it fill your whole body, Every cell, Every space in your body, Every liquid in your body, All organs, Your whole nervous system. Filling them with light and repairing. I ask the same highest vibrational light to come all the way through each of your energy centers and all of your meridians, Your energy channels. Cleaning and cleansing. Now take a full inhale. And a full exhale out of the mouth. Maybe you want to give your body some small movements, A little wiggle. I now begin closing this space with thanks to all of the energetic helpers that came to support this healing and this clearing. Releasing Archangel Michael. You now take back all of your energy, Your power and your sovereignty. You take it back to you now, Fully healed, Cleansed, Clean and harmonized. I take back all of my energy, Clean, Cleansed and harmonized. You release to the light all and anything that is not yours. I release to the light all and anything that is not mine. It is done, It is done, It is done. The space is now closed. So just take a few breaths and just notice how you feel. A good sign is if you feel lighter. You may feel tired. This work often leaves you feeling tired afterwards but your energy will come back. And I encourage you that if you are still feeling some things there to go ahead and watch this video again.
