Hello,
It's Lola Pal with your Tai Chi Rising Meditation.
You may sit or stand comfortably during this meditation.
Begin by exhaling all the air from your lungs.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold,
And exhale.
Breathe in,
Hold,
And exhale.
Begin to breathe through your natural rhythm.
Feel,
Sense,
Or see your feet connecting with the ground.
Begin to gently rock back and forth,
On your heels and balls of your feet if you are standing,
Or on your thighs and butt if you are sitting.
Just gently rock back and forth.
Say out loud or silently,
I call upon the unconditional love,
Light,
And power of Mother Earth,
Now for my greatest good.
Raise your arms above you.
Imagine light coming down into the crown,
The top of your head.
This warm,
Soothing light gently cascades down your head,
Your face,
Down your neck,
Relaxing.
Pull your hands down in front of your body slowly,
Palms facing your body.
Pause at your navel,
Allowing this warm,
Soothing light to fill up your abdomen,
Your body.
Rest your hands on your navel and close your eyes.
Become aware of this light traveling up from your feet,
Up your legs,
Your thighs,
Your back,
Your chest,
All the way up through the top of your head.
There are two pillars of light soothing your body,
One coming from the universe above into the top of your head,
Down through your body,
And one light coming up from Mother Earth,
Into your feet,
Up your legs,
Your thighs,
Your back,
All the way up to the top of your head.
This is energy,
Earth and source,
Forming a column of warm,
Bright,
Loving energy which surrounds you and extends below you into Mother Earth and high above you into the universe.
Breathe peacefully.
You to see,
Sense or feel this beautiful column of light flowing through you.

Connecting to the energies of Mother Earth and source and allowing them to flow effortlessly through you supports your Tai Chi rising.
You can connect to this limitless flow of energy at any time.
Now begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel your awareness shifting back into your body.
Allow yourself to become present into the space you are in.
Make this connected,
Calm feeling with you throughout your day.
