Begin by exhaling.
Let all the air out of your lungs and then take a deep breath in and get ready.
If you can,
Close your eyes during the meditation.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Release all the air.
Breathe in and out.
Let it all out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe naturally.
What area of your body are you working out today?
Think about that area.
And see in your mind's eye how you want it to look and feel.
Continue breathing at your natural rhythm.
With each breath,
Your body's becoming more energized,
Awake,
Strong,
Vibrant.
Repeat these truths,
Silently or aloud.
I have limitless energy.
I am strong,
Sexy,
Lean,
With optimal health.
I naturally and effortlessly work out in ways that make my body thrive.
I choose now to release any and all things that are not aligned with my dream body.
I allow any extra fat,
Fluid,
Tension,
Stress to leave my body now.
Take some deep breaths and visualize the extra melting off of your body.
See it melting away.
As it does,
You feel energized,
Charged up.
You feel so alive and joyful with your body magically transforming into the body of your dreams.
As you breathe,
All extra fluid,
Stress,
Inflammation is leaving your body.
As it melts away,
You feel energized and excited to work out.
You feel the energy stirring,
Starting at your feet.
You feel it charging up,
Swirling up your legs,
Around your knees,
Up your thighs,
Around your hips.
The energy is vibrant and full of life.
You feel moving up your abdomen and your back,
Into your chest and shoulders.
You feel strong,
Awake and aligned.
The vibrant energy is overflowing up your neck,
Into your face and your head.
You are totally awake,
Filled with vibrancy and energy that is exciting,
Strong and healthy.
You are confident and excited to go in that gym and smash your workout.
