Soften your gaze or gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and exhale any stress or tension out of your body.
Take another deep breath in,
Letting everything that no longer serves you to simply fade away.
Allow your thoughts to dissolve as you sink into this moment.
Listen to picture a beautiful sky blue sphere of light growing in your throat.
Bring your next three breaths softly hum throughout your exhale,
And observe this light glowing and growing.
Begin to relax.
Begin to notice two new spheres of sky blue light,
One at each ear.
And now see yet another sphere of light on your forehead and one more at your heart.
Allow the light from these spheres to intermix and begin to build a lattice structure of light across your head and chest.
Allow the energy to freely flow between each point,
And if it feels good to you,
Hum once more,
Feeling the reverberation of your voice through every point on the lattice.
Slowly immerse yourself in this healing light while repeating the following affirmations three times.
I am honest.
I am clear.
It is easy to share my thoughts and ideas.
I listen to truth.
I speak my truth.
It is safe to express myself.
My voice is powerful.
My voice is heard.
