You can energetically support any challenging situation.
I'm Liz Finlay and I'm going to show you a technique that I use and that I teach where you are essentially drawing in divine light and divine support into any kind of challenging situation.
And you do that essentially by creating or visualizing a ball of energy that represents the situation.
So I do that by moving my hands round in a sphere-like shape while declaring either to myself in my head or out loud,
This is the situation of fill in the blank here.
I then hold it either like that,
Or I can even cup my hands if that's more comfortable,
Maybe lying in my bed.
And I channel energy from my hands into this ball of energy that represents the situation.
Now,
Essentially what this does is it draws in divine light,
Divine support into the situation to help with the best possible outcome for all those involved.
Now,
I'm Reiki trained,
But you don't necessarily need to be channeling Reiki.
You can just draw in universal energies through your crown chakra and then down your arms,
Or otherwise just simply send love from your heart chakra down your arms and out the palms of your hands into the ball of energy representing the situation.
