You're listening to the Motherhood to Unstress podcast,

And I'm your host,

Liz Carlisle.

Thank you so much for tuning in to another guided meditation where you can come home to yourself,

Quiet your racing thoughts,

And sink deeper into your own inner knowing.

Begin to bring attention to the flow of your breathing.

And with your mind's eye,

Follow the path of the air through your nose,

Down into your lungs,

Expanding them,

And the sweet release of your exhalation back through your nose.

Noticing how cool the air feels.

And when the air reaches your lungs,

Breathe in just a bit deeper,

Envisioning your lungs expanding to new volumes.

And then imagine them releasing the air.

Do this for a count of four.

And when you exhale,

Push a little more air out,

So you're truly emptying your lungs.

When you come to four,

Stop counting.

And breathe in,

Imagining that the air you're breathing in is white golden light.

And then imagine that the air you're breathing in is white golden light.

And every speck in that light travels to each extremity,

Filling every cell with the light,

Detoxing any toxicity,

Detoxing any dark unwanted matter,

Squeezing it out,

Releasing it.

And now every cell in your body is dancing with light,

Full of energy and aliveness.

Feel the sensation,

The tingle in your fingertips.

Tune in to the dance of cells within and the inner aliveness that activates each of your seven chakras.

It was noticing the aliveness throughout your body,

Starting at the root,

Imagine a swirling ball of red,

And it's spinning faster and faster.

And then you're just relaxing,

And it's spinning faster and faster,

Perfectly in flow so that you feel grounded and calm.

Move your attention up to your belly and imagine the spinning ball orange and spin it faster and faster.

So now the red ball and the orange ball are spinning fast in unison.

Bring your attention up further to your solar plexus,

It's yellow.

Spin that ball faster and faster so that light shines out of that chakra,

And then you're just relaxing for a while.

Moving further up into your heart,

It's green.

Spin this ball faster and faster,

Shedding any blocks.

If you feel tired,

Especially now at this time,

Take note.

You're just relaxing off your heart.

So release that and spin the ball faster and faster,

Just like the others are.

Move up a little higher to your throat chakra,

It's blue.

Spin the ball faster and faster so that you can always speak your truth.

And bring your attention up to your third eye,

The space in between your eyes.

This is purple.

Spin the ball faster and faster for greater intuition,

Greater knowing and trusting in yourself that you're connected to a higher wisdom that you can access just by going within.

Bring your attention to the area outside of your body,

Your aura,

And above your head is white.

Energize that space above you and bring it down around.

So that you're surrounded in white light.

Imagine all of your seven chakras spinning furiously,

The white light growing and expanding around your body.

With every breath,

Feel your body expanding out this wall of energy so that it fills the room and push it out further to your city,

To your country,

Across the oceans,

To the other side,

And feel your amazing magnetic energy healing and helping and uplifting your body.

Healing and helping and uplifting every dark corner of the earth,

Cleansing it out and bringing in love in your pure light energy.

Stay here for a few.

And when it's time to come out,

I'll let you know.

And with your mind's eye,

Let your energy recede from the edge of the earth so that it's across the oceans,

Back into your city,

Back into your room,

Back surrounding you,

And let your energy recede from the edge of the earth and from the back surrounding you.

Start to take some deep breaths.

Roll your shoulders,

Can roll your neck one way and then the other.

And notice just how you feel right now in this moment.

Notice a sense of peace.

And notice if you feel more free,

Less rigid in certain areas of your chakras.

And think about why that could be.

Your energy absolutely uplifts the rest of the world.
