And this one is a little bit different.
We are doing an active meditation,
But there's still going to be extended times of concentration and focus,
Which is always so good for the mind and the brain and really releasing all of those spinning thoughts that don't serve you and actually drain your energy.
And that's what this meditation is about today,
Rejuvenating your energy source,
Filling your cup back up and also intensifying your desires and actually manifesting them into existence.
And so in order to do that,
We're going to get calm,
We're going to get focused,
And we're going to be using Nikola Tesla's golden ratio of 3-6-9.
So make sure that you have a notebook and a pen handy.
But for now,
Let's get settled into our bodies.
Start focusing on our breathing.
Feel the sensation of your heart beating.
With every breath,
Actively focus on releasing tension from your body.
Forgive yourself for any mistakes,
Whether real or imagined.
And love and gratitude throughout your body because the key to rejuvenating our energy to manifesting always begins with love and gratitude.
There's no way around it.
So most likely before you even pressed play,
You were thinking of something that you wanted to manifest in your life.
Another great tool to manifesting is to hold a thought for at least 17 seconds.
Just thinking of it now.
Unwax the time.
And feel the emotion of what it would feel like to have what you're thinking of.
Because just as important as thinking about it is the emotion behind it.
The emotion creates the manifestation.
A few more seconds.
And now to supercharge what you just did,
We're going to use Nikola Tesla's golden ratio of 3-6-9,
Which if you Google,
Will be fascinating.
So right now,
I want you to grab your notebook and pen and write down what you would like to manifest in your life and craft a statement where you don't say I wish I had or want to have crafted with already receiving it.
So thank you for whatever you want to say.
Because it brings me and then enter in your feelings.
Thank you for blank.
That brings me blank feeling.
I want you to write that three times on the page.
Do that now.
Remember to feel the emotion as you write it.
And look down at the page what you just have written.
And you can set it aside down.
Close your eyes again.
Breathe.
Thinking about what you wrote.
Thinking about why you read it.
Feeling the emotion behind it.
Part of this exercise is not done just with this.
This is only the beginning.
Later in the afternoon,
Take out your notebook again and write your statement six times.
Again,
Beginning with gratitude and ending with the emotion.
It's another way of powerful manifestation that you can easily do.
And then at night,
Right before bed,
Take some deep breaths,
Calm yourself and write your statement nine times.
Again,
With the same feeling of gratitude and the same feeling of emotion that would produce you attaining whatever it is you desire.
If you do this consistently,
Even just for a week,
And see what happens,
You'll be amazed.
You'll remember the feelings drive the results.
But not from a place of wanting or not having.
From a true place of already receiving and being open to it.
So now as we round out this meditation,
We're going to take a deep breath in with me for four.
And hold.
Release.
Hold.
Deep breath in.
Hold.
Release.
Hold.
Deep breath in.
Hold.
Last one.
Deep breath in.
Hold.
Release.
Hold.
Return to natural breathing.
Send love again throughout your body,
Starting from the top of your head,
Going all the way down to the tips of your toes and back up and down as many times as you wish.
Once you start realizing how much power you have to create the life that you deserve,
Everything falls into place.
And I want that for you.
