You know you are sitting here.

You know you are.

You are aware of your existence,

Your beingness.

Sit still.

Try to be aware of this consciousness.

Meditation is the knowledge I am remaining in that knowledge.

Meditate on consciousness.

Find out how this I am-ness has appeared.

What was its cause?

Go right to the source.

Your destination is the knowledge I am,

A bidence in that knowledge.

You are in a position to observe the mind.

The mind is continuously flowing.

Words are continuously welling up.

Do not get involved with the thought process or the flow of words.

Observe and understand clearly.

You are not the mind.

Mind is concepts.

Sit with the knowledge I am only.

Hold on to that.

This feeling or sense of being is the quintessence of the body.

Give attention to the knowledge I am and meditate on that by itself.

Dwell only in that knowledge I am,

Not merely the words I am.

You know you are.

Abide only in that.

That knowledge I am is yourself.

Be one with it.

Abide there.

Real happiness is to know your existence.

The source of all happiness is your beingness.

Establish yourself there.

Be there.

This knowledge I am has dawned on you,

That intimate knowledge you are.

Right here and now drop your identity with the body.

Do this meditation until you stabilize in the conviction I am the knowledge I am.

Abide in that firm conviction.

Stabilize in that beingness.

Don't practice this thing.

Only develop your conviction.

There are no techniques except firm conviction.

Abide only in consciousness.

There is no other practice to be done.

That is the meditation.

It is not the body identification that is sitting for meditation,

Meditating as an individual.

It is this knowledge I am,

This consciousness meditating on itself.

In meditation consciousness will unfold whatever knowledge is to be revealed.

All your questions will be dissolved by the knowledge you are.

You are witnessing consciousness.

This means you know that you are.

Consciousness will itself show you your true nature.

Sit in contemplation and let the consciousness unfold itself.

Reflect on this consciousness only,

Go to its source,

And find out what it is.

When you are in consciousness you understand the nature of consciousness.

When you know the source of beingness,

That is liberation.

At the moment you know that you exist.

You are in the seed of the beingness.

Everything is unfolded in that seed,

Just like a whole oak tree is contained in an acorn.

Similarly,

Everything is contained in that consciousness.

The whole world is there,

And that body is also present.

Beingness,

The knowledge I am,

Contains the whole universe.

Consciousness expresses itself in various shapes and forms.

When I am arises,

Everything disappears.

When I am subsides,

Everything subsides.

Even beingness is to be transcended.

This I am is an announcement.

It is not the real.

It has come out of something else.

You are prior to this consciousness.

The knower of the consciousness.

The absolute state is unaffected.

When you are in a position to observe consciousness,

You are out of consciousness,

And you are in the awareness state,

Where beingness and non-beingness does not matter at all.

Witnessing happens purely by itself.

Activities are going on naturally,

Spontaneously.

You are neither any thought or experience.

You do not have a permanent identity.

Your real identity has no body and no thought.

When finally witnessing stops completely,

There is the eternal state.

That point from where you have come.

Return to that point.

Have full attention on it.

Merge into yourself.

Union with yourself.

All your attachments will drop away.

In place of the lost individuality has come the manifest totality.

What remains is the unconditioned,

Without attributes and without identity.

The absolute.

Timeless.

Spaceless.

And without identity.

Truth is the state beyond concepts.

See things from the point of view of the absolute.

There is no question of going anywhere,

Arriving anywhere,

Or doing anything.

You are there already.

You don't have to reach out to something.

The absolute state cannot be remembered because it cannot be forgotten.

You are the everlasting.

Timeless.

Spaceless principle which gives sentience to this body.

This is the most secret but the simplest principle as far as spiritual knowledge is concerned.

Just be what you are.

It wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be, but I still got a moment to get out of my own way so all is well. Thank you. Oh and I see now it wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be because I read it wrong. I thought it was yoga nidra for some reasons. Thank you anyways.
