Sit in meditation with the I AM.

The first step is to dwell in the I AM.

From there you go beyond consciousness and no consciousness to the infinite absolute which is the permanent state.

For the one who meditates on the knowledge I AM,

Everything in the realm of consciousness becomes clear.

Meditation means to have an objective or to hold on to something.

You are that something,

Just being the being I AM.

You are sure of the I AM.

It is the totality of being.

Sure I AM and it's enough to heal your mind and take you beyond.

In deep meditation,

Infused only with the knowledge I AM,

It will be intuitively revealed to you as to how this I AM-ness came to be.

When you abide for a sufficiently long time in the I AM,

The knowledge I AM itself will make everything clear to you.

Sitting quietly,

Being one with the knowledge I AM,

You will lose all concern with the world.

Then the I AM will also go,

Leaving you as the absolute.

First meditate on the I AM and stabilize in it.

The I AM applies to all,

Come back to it repeatedly.

Day by day,

Through consistent meditation,

This conviction will grow.

Just sit and know that you are the I AM without words.

Even without them,

You know you are.

Nothing else has to be done.

Give all your attention to the I AM,

Which is timeless presence.

Only be the I AM.

Just be.

Establish yourself in the I AM.

Select all that does not go with I AM.

Separate the I AM from this or that.

Just keep in mind the feeling I AM.

Without doing anything,

You have the knowledge I AM.

Hold onto the I AM to the exclusion of everything else.

Only the I AM is certain.

Hold onto it and let all else go.

Just continue abiding in the I AM.

Go deep inside.

Remain focused on the I AM.

Remember the knowledge I AM only and give up the rest.

Staying in the I AM,

Hold onto this knowingness I AM.

Know the I AM without words.

The awareness before thoughts.

Be one with the self,

The I AM.

Abide in the knowledge I AM without identifying with the body.

Do nothing but stay in the knowledge I AM.

Dwell only on the I AM,

Not merely the words I AM.

Even without them,

You know you are.

You're in the I AM without any effort.

Be there.

Dwell in the I AM and firmly abide in it.

All external things will lose their grip on you.

Keep focused on the I AM till you become a witness to it.

You are even before you could say the words I AM.

Everything happens to the state prior to your saying the words I AM.

As you continue with this practice,

You will transcend the I AM.

The I AM will merge into the ultimate nature.

The I AM appears spontaneously on your true state.

It can be used to go beyond.

You are not the I AM,

You are prior to it.

Stabilize in the I AM,

Then you are no more an individual.

To have that freedom remain in the sense I AM.

Be attentive to the I AM.

Once you understand it,

You are apart from it.

Persist on it and you will go beyond it.

When the I AM goes,

All that remains is the absolute.

Your true identity,

The absolute,

Is prior to the I AM.

Have the conviction that you are free from the I AM.

You are prior to the I AM.

Remain focused on the I AM till it goes into oblivion,

Then the eternal is.

The absolute is.

Right now,

Right here,

You are the absolute.

Hold on to the I AM,

Abide in it,

And it'll dissolve.

Then you are as you are.

In the absence of I AM,

Nothing is required.

The I AM will go with the body.

All that remains is the absolute.

Total rest,

Complete relaxation,

Utter quietude in the highest state.

You are the reality beyond the I AM.

Persist on this and remember this.

Finally this idea too shall leave you.

Love these meditations. Thank you. I would love another recording with more space between the words.

I love these meditations. I listen to one almost every day. The technology of it grows on you after a while… it’s cumulative. It doesn’t need space between sentences at all. It becomes like a wave that washes over you and the mind doesn’t have a chance to cling onto it - it’s clear that it’s registering at a deeper level and taking me deeper and deeper.

Number two in this series is more meditative than the others which I prefer. It helps create a stillness. Thank you.
