Tool,
Paint color,
Everything you need to create whatever you like.
Imagine yourself selecting the tools that feel best to you.

Blend them expertly.
You are creating a visual representation into you.

Notice the tools you are using.
Notice the colors you have chosen.
As you create,
Notice what you are feeling.
Where are you feeling it in your body?
See your creation taking form.

If you are happy with your creation,
Take a step back from your painting.
Take it all masterpiece.
It's a beautiful work of art.

What did you create?
How do you feel as you study it?
As you study your visual representation of your ideal life,
Know that just as you created this work of art in your imagination,
So can you create this in your conscious reality.
Every day is a blank canvas.
You have everything you need to create whatever you like.
As you take in your painting,
Feeling all the joyful,
Beautiful feelings it brings,
Inhale deeply.
