In this letting go meditation, we will journey inwards to release the burdens that hold us back. Through gentle breathing and imagery, we will cultivate a sense of peace and clarity, allowing ourselves to let go of what no longer serves us. Welcome to this meditation for letting go.

Find a comfortable position to sit or lie down in.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Notice where you're at right now.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to become still.

Take a moment to notice how this feels and tune in with yourself.

What is there I can let go of?

What does no longer serve me?

Let go.

Surrender.

You don't have to hold it all.

You don't have to carry the weight all the time.

You are worthy of letting go.

Focus on your body.

Is there tension in the body you can let go of?

In your jaw?

In your throat?

Your belly?

Pelvis?

Notice the relaxation and the relief entering your body.

When you simply surrender,

You are beautiful.

You are loved.

You are allowed to let go.
