Rooted in Your Worth,
A meditation for self-acceptance.
Welcome,
My name is Lis.
In this meditation I invite you to return to yourself,
To remember how unique and wonderful you truly are,
And to honor the quiet strength that lives within you.
Through affirmations we'll work with self-acceptance and gently strengthen your sense of worth.
This is a quiet moment for you to meet yourself with love and an open heart.
Begin in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Sit comfortably in front of a mirror and close your eyes.
If you don't have a mirror nearby,
Simply imagine your own gaze for this exercise.
Clear,
Loving and open.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for a moment.
And let it go with a deep sigh.
Relax your whole body.
Allow yourself to arrive and be present.
Let your thoughts drift by.
Listen to your body.
Notice what's happening inside you.
How do you feel right now?
Acknowledge any tension or discomfort and gently send your breath to those places.
With each breath allow yourself to soften a little more.
Feel that you are alive.
Feel your heart beating.
Allow yourself to simply exist.
You don't need to change anything.
You are already enough.
You are here.
Now open your eyes and look at yourself.
Serve with curiosity,
Not judgment.
If judgment arises,
Be gentle with yourself.
We all have days when the inner critic gets a little too loud.
Remember,
This is not about being perfect.
It's about being present and working with what is.
Now I will offer you a series of affirmations.
You're welcome to repeat them or simply receive them in silence.
If you feel ready,
You can say them out loud while looking into your own eyes in the mirror.
If that feels like too much today,
Gently close your eyes and say them inwardly instead.
Whatever you choose,
Take it slowly and let the words settle.
Are you ready?
Let's begin.
I know myself.
I know who I am and what I stand for.
I accept myself fully,
Both my light and my shadow.
I love myself as I am,
No matter what others may think.
I am always enough.
I am infinitely worthy.
Let the words settle in your body.
Feel how they come alive and begin to vibrate within you.
Sense them radiating from your heart and flowing through your entire energy field.
Good.
Now let's gather the affirmations into one stream of love and acceptance,
Something you can carry with you.
I know myself.
I know who I am and what I stand for.
I accept myself fully,
Both my light and my shadow.
I love myself as I am,
No matter what others may think.
I am always enough.
I am infinitely worthy.
I know myself.
I know who I am and what I stand for.
I accept myself fully,
Both my light and my shadow.
I love myself as I am,
No matter what others may think.
I am always enough.
I am infinitely worthy.
I know myself.
I know who I am and what I stand for.
I know who I am and what I stand for.
I accept myself fully,
Both my light and my shadow.
I love myself as I am,
No matter what others may think.
I am always enough.
I am infinitely worthy.
Now sit quietly for a moment and let the words settle.
You don't need to think,
Just be.
Return to your body.
Take a deep breath.
Close your eyes and feel into your body.
How do you feel right now?
What effect did the affirmations have on you?
Sit quietly and let the experience take root.
Notice which sentence speaks most strongly to you today.
Take it with you.
Let it carry you through the rest of your day.
Feel free to repeat this meditation daily for two to three weeks to deepen the effect.
And return whenever you need a reminder that you are good enough,
Exactly as you are.
Thank you for having the courage to meet yourself with love and acceptance.
Have a beautiful day.
May you be rooted in your power and may faith and wonder guide your path.
