Transcript

Gently close down your eyes as you begin to come into your body.

Turning all your focus inward.

Feeling yourself sitting on the chair or floor.

Noticing what's beneath you.

Noticing your feet.

Feeling any sensations in your feet.

Connecting to your legs and up into your back.

Your neck and shoulders.

Just be aware of your body sitting here right now.

Your hands.

Feeling any sensations that you can as you just look at your hands.

Bringing your awareness now to your face.

Your cheeks.

Relaxing your jaw.

Your forehead.

Your eyebrows.

Just relaxing.

Taking a deep breath and letting go.

Your goal is to feel who you really are inside.

The spirit within you.

The light within you.

The love within you.

If you bring your awareness now to your eyes.

Keeping them closed.

Watch and wait for the next thought.

Not to see what it will be.

But to have a moment of no thought.

Where the mind is clear.

This is the real you.

The witness.

The observer.

The spirit.

That can turn off thoughts in an instant.

Keep watching and waiting for the next thought.

Clearing the mind.

As you place a hand at your diaphragm in the center of your body.

And another hand at your spiritual heart in the center of your chest.

And as you keep your awareness on the mind.

Watching the mind with full presence.

The presence of your spirit.

Begin to feel yourself breathing inside.

This is your connection to your spirit.

To the spirit of God or the divine presence.

Feel your breath as energy.

Or life force moving through you.

Feel each breath as it moves in and moves out.

As your hand rises and falls against your diaphragm.

Feel that this is the divine breathing through you.

You are breathing spirit.

You are breathing love.

You are breathing peace.

With each breath,

You are breathing God.

You are breathing light.

Imagine now that rays of golden light are pouring over you.

Blessing you with peace.

Just breathe into this light.

As if you are sitting in a ray of unconditional light.

As if you are sitting in a ray of unconditional love.

Returning to who you really are.

To the peace and love within you.

Steadfast and forever present.

Be still a moment and see if you can feel the energy.

The life force within you.

Breathing in and breathing it out.

You are breathing your spirit.

Just sitting here being your true self.

The real you.

You are the presence of love.

The presence of God.

Right there in your breath.

In the sensations that you are feeling right now.

As you feel your hand against your heart.

Imagine breathing in and out of your heart.

Resting with God.

Breathing in peace.

Breathing out love.

This is you.

This is your spirit.

Your oneness with the divine.

Your oneness with God.

Say,

I am spirit.

I am spirit.

This is the light in me that never dies.

And I am waking it up now by breathing in and out.

See if you can know yourself as pure love.

Really feeling your wholeness.

The place where you know you are okay.

Just stay here until you know it's true.

You can say,

I am okay.

I am safe.

I am love.

Remember,

You are one with the divine.

You are one with God.

You have the fullness of God within you already.

Feel yourself as love.

Feel yourself as peace.

As light.

You are the light of the world.

Feel or imagine as if you are one with this light.

In your stillness,

In your center,

You are peace.

Feel that peace wash over you now.

As you breathe from your toes up to the top of your head,

And exhale back down,

Just bring that peace in deeper and deeper.

I am peace.

I am safe.

I am healed.

Now if you feel any unpleasantness,

Discomfort,

Any pain,

Any self-judgment that comes up,

Put your awareness there.

Put this light on it.

Your true being is pure presence.

That witness that can watch and wait for thoughts in the mind.

The witness that can feel the sensations in your feet and just be fully with them.

Without letting the mind decide to label it as good or bad.

Just bring this spiritual energy inside you to whatever is happening.

Being fully present to whatever arises in you.

You are healed when you join with the light that is you.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.
