Take some time to get cozy.
Find yourself in your most favorite way to meditate,
Either sitting or lying.
And if you're lying down,
You might like to tuck some pillows up under your knees.
You may try an eye pillow.
If possible,
Turn off any distractions that could interfere with your time for yourself.
Take your time getting cozy.
Give yourself at least 5% more comfort.
And let's begin with some deep breaths.
Just beginning to breathe in through the nose,
Long,
Slow,
And deep into the belly.
And exhaling from the belly all the way out again through the nose.
A breath like this,
Long,
Slow,
And deep into the belly.
And exhale completely through the nose.
One more time,
Long,
Slow,
And deep breath into the belly.
And exhale completely.
And now softly bring your attention and your awareness to your third eye.
And let your breath be normal,
Natural,
Relaxed.
And then slowly and softly bring your attention up into your crown.
And gently encourage your crown to open like a beautiful moonroof or sunroof.
Keep looking higher until you see a beautiful set of golden doors and let those doors open.
And behind them,
Let that light spill out,
Pour out,
Fall out,
Sparkle,
Glow,
Fall,
However that light comes to you,
Let it come pouring into your crown.
Filling your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
And down your arms,
Right through your fingertips and out through the very tips of your fingers.
Let it pour into your heart space,
Solar,
Down into your sacral and into your pelvic bowl.
And as if it becomes two beams of light,
Let this light travel right through your legs and out the soles of your feet.
Let it find its way to the center of the planet.
And let it blend here,
Father Sky and Mother Earth,
Masculine and feminine.
And on your next inhale,
Draw this breath up with the crystalline grid,
Right up to the soles of your feet.
Let it pool here for a moment.
And drawing on your next breath up into your knees,
Let this light come into your pelvic bowl.
Let it hover and hold here.
And on your next breath,
Draw it up through sacral and solar and let it land in your heart where it shines out from your heart and you become like a beautiful ball of sunshine,
Shiny rays of light.
Inhaling and exhaling just naturally and softly.
This light coming through your crown all the way through your body,
Down to Mother Earth and back up.
Coming all the way back up through into the heart and out like a feedback loop.
And let this light coming from your heart fill your body now,
Around your body.
Let it fill the space you're sitting.
Let it fill the room,
Your home,
Your space,
Wherever you are.
Let it fill your village,
Your town,
Your city.
Let this light magnify and fill the state and the states.
And then encouraging this light to surround the globe.
And out,
Bringing it out into the cosmos as far as you'd like to go.
Connecting you to all of creativity and all of consciousness.
Safe,
Warm,
And protected.
Breathing gently here.
And letting tendrils drop from tailbone to the center of the earth where they find the crystalline grid.
And they tie themselves off these tendrils,
However many is right for you.
And let them bind and tie in indelible knots.
So tug on them and feel how grounded you are.
Secure and stable,
Held by Mother Earth.
Pulling up the energies of the crystalline grid,
Tourmaline,
Black tourmaline,
Amethyst,
Selenite,
Celestite.
Breathing that energy,
Pulling,
Feeling that energy,
Pulling that up with your next breath all the way up into your heart.
With it,
Archangel Sandalphon.
With the crystalline grid.
Pulling it all the way up into your heart.
And looking up through your crown,
All the way up to those,
Right past those golden doors.
Calling on Metatron,
Archangel Metatron,
And calling his power,
His protection,
His gifts,
His angelic realm.
Pull it down,
Pull him,
Request,
Offer.
Pull that energy down into your head,
Through your neck.
Draw that energy into your heart,
Blending again,
Heaven and earth,
And with it,
The crystic grid.
Good,
Let these energies blend.
Feeling softened,
Held,
Protected.
Letting this light come through your crown,
In through and around your body,
Clearing your energy channels,
Clearing blood and bones,
Clearing organs,
Clearing the nervous system.
Just let this light come through wherever it needs to go,
Just let it land and settle.
And fill your body with a light transmission,
Filling with new energy,
New light codes.
And on the exhale,
Just releasing that which no longer serves.
No need to know what it is,
Maybe just set an intention for your healing here today,
Whatever that may mean for you,
For your highest good.
And take a moment to call in your highest self,
Your monadic self,
Your soul self,
Call it in.
Calling in your spirit guides,
Animal guides,
Animal spirits,
Guardians,
Guardian angels,
Special angel team.
Call them all in,
Surrounding yourself with your protection and power.
Let that soften.
Allow that to permeate this space with peace,
Direction.
Soften,
Open,
Soften and allow,

Soften and allow this light to come through.
No need to really do anything.
We can turn off thinking and doing and allow ourselves to be in feeling and being.
Feeling yourself settle deeper into a relaxed state,
Allowing your body to feel heavier and heavier the lighter you become.
Sinking deeper and deeper into where you're sitting,
Feeling more and more grounded,
Held.
We're going to do an energetic clearing for exhaustion,
Coming way down deep into the nervous system now,
Beginning in the brain.
Allow yourself to close out all the tabs of your brain.
Anything that's open,
It's okay to just see if they'll close for maybe a minute or two.
And they may not,
And that's okay.
Just invite all the tabs to close.
Any overthinking,
Just a kind of quiet,
Just for a moment or two.
Invite peace.
Just encourage all the nerves in the brain to relax.
All the neurons,
All the firing slows down.
The slower it gets,
The more efficient and productive it becomes.
Just allow it all to slow and quiet,
Beginning to soothe your nervous system by slowing.
Being with any kind of resistance,
We don't fight it,
We just notice it.
And allowing yourself to be here without judgment,
Just noticing what you notice in your body,
Sensations,
Thoughts,
Images.
Allowing your brain to quiet,
Encouraging the nerves to rest.
All the nerves in the brain are resting now.
All the nerves in the brain and the brainstem going right down the spine are resting.
Giving your body,
Mind,
And spirit a much needed rest.
Letting your nervous system soak up this peace and rest and relaxation as food.
Quieting and softening,
Slowing,
Surrendering to your own body.
Bringing this rest into the throat and shoulders,
Resting all the nerves.
Throat and shoulders.
Resting all the nerves in the chest,
Belly,
Pelvis,
Legs,
All the way to the toes.
Whole body resting.
Whole body resting now.
Bringing awareness to the blood and the circulation system,
The heart resting completely.
All the nerves innervating the circulatory system.
Resting the lungs and all the nerves that feed the lungs.
Resting all the bones.
Let your bones rest.
All the organs resting.
All the nerves in all the organs are sleeping.
Resting all the nerves.
Resting all the nerves in the body.
Resting all the nerves in the spine.
Resting all the nerves going down the legs and into the toes.
Resting all the nerves all the way to the toes.
Whole body resting.
Mind is at peace.
Resting.
Resting the mind.
Relaxing the body.
Relaxing the whole body.
Relaxing your whole body.
Giving your body permission to rest.
Inviting any protectors that resist spaciousness and just encourage anybody coming up talking that resists,
Right?
It's so hard to give ourselves permission sometimes to fully rest.
Encourage all your parts to rest now.
See if they'll agree to just relax and give you space.
Relaxing the whole body.
Relaxing your whole body.
Relaxing your spirit,
Your mind,
Your body.
Inviting the soul to be whole.
Filling your body with rest.
Deep rest.
Notice what you notice as you breathe naturally and easily.
