Namaste.
The soul within me sees and honors the soul within you.
I am so profoundly grateful you are here.
Welcome.
This meditation will be brief yet powerful towards healing any kinds of abuse you have ever endured or encountered,
Any kind whatsoever.
It is in no way intended to harm or trigger as I completely understand how that could so easily happen.
So in this space,
Welcome.
This space is where we find safety and solace and peace,
Kindness towards ourselves.
This space is for compassion,
Kindness,
Empathy,
Unity,
And inclusion.
Again,
Welcome.
Finding yourself in a comfortable position,
Whatever you like,
Take a few moments to settle in whether that's sitting or lying.
Maybe finding a tender shavasana propped with bolsters or pillows.
Spoil yourself,
Wiggle in with an eye pillow,
Blankets,
Whatever you like,
Essential oils,
Maybe some soft binaurals or soft music.
Just as long as you can just follow my voice.
Pause this if you need to take as much time as you need to really settle in.
You are so worthy and deserving of giving yourself this comfort.
Take all the time you need.
And once you feel extra settled,
Just wiggle in even that much more to find maybe just a few percents more comfort,
More warmth or more coziness.
Settle in,
Create a nest for yourself.
This act alone is loving you.
So when you're ready,
Join me in a few gentle,
Kind,
Tender breaths,
Simply in towards the lungs.
Let's do two more.
Very gentle.
And perhaps now we'll shift into a breath called a physiological sigh,
Which is actually a very powerful,
Well studied breath that brings our vagus nerve instant calm.
And it sounds like this.
It's a sniff in or a,
Let me reword that.
It's a breath in and then a short sniff to kind of fill your lungs.
So it sounds like this.
And then exhale through the mouth.
Let's do that together three times.
And just allowing your breath to return to its own organic rhythm.
Simply listening to the sound of my voice,
See if as your eyes are closing,
Going from the outside world to the inside world now,
Dropping your all your awareness into your heart center,
Just for a moment,
Only if it feels okay.
And as you drop into the heart,
Just kind of scan from here throughout the body.
Taking just a few moments to notice for constriction or tenderness,
Any tightness or gripping,
Pain,
Aches.
Just scan,
Noticing without having to do anything.
And settling your awareness back into your heart.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out peace.
Continuing this breath for a little while,
Breathing in peace and exhaling peace.
Just following your breath.
Noticing yourself beginning to relax.
Letting the shoulders soften.
Letting the jaw smooth out and unclench.
Letting the forehead soften.
The back of the neck to release.
Letting the knots,
If there's any,
Under the shoulder blades to melt.
Letting the shoulders fall down.
Softening the belly.
Softening the mind.
Beginning to relax the whole body.
Coming into the heart.
This vast and beautiful space.
Take a look around here.
See if you can drop even just a little bit more in your heart.
Dropping deeper and deeper down into your heart.
Letting it hold you.
Feeling held by your own beautiful heart.
Noticing now and inviting your heart to let it tell you its message,
Its wisdom.
Maybe there's something it wants you to know.
You may be willing to listen and you may not be willing to listen,
And all of that is okay.
Whatever you choose is perfect for you.
You can always stay with the breath.
Following the breath is a deeply relaxing practice.
Healing the nervous system gently and smoothly.
Taking a few minutes in this stillness.
To be alone with the preciousness of the wisdom of your heart.
Letting it hold you.
Our heartbeat is one of our dearest,
Most best friends that will be with us our entire lives.
Be with your heart.
Your precious wisdom and the truth,
The most beautiful sacred truth of who you are,
Which is love.
Always perfect.
Always right on time.
Let your heart hold you here.
Allow yourself to be held by your own radiance and magnificence.
This is the strength that has captured your heart.
It will keep you alive then,
Now,
And will always be with you.
Awareness back into your breath.
The power of your inhale and your exhale.
Letting your heart continue holding you.
Resting in this stillness,
The sensational magnificence of your being.
Stay here for as long as you like in this magical place that you've created for yourself.
Know you are magnificent,
Unique,
And perfect.
Just the way you are,
Always have been,
Are now,
And always will be.
From my heart all the way to yours.
Om Shanti Shanti Om
