Welcome.
Welcome,
Welcome.
Take a minute to get settled in.
We're going to do a very intuitive spirit-guided meditation.
I can already feel the Moksha dragons surrounding me.
This is going to be an activation.
To release fear.
To release fear means it may uncover some places where you are very courageous.
And may not.
Be aware of that level of courage that you have inside.
So let's begin with a little bit of breath.
A little bit of belly breathing just to open up and nurture the vagus nerve a little bit.
Breathing into the belly super gently,
No force.
It's more about just being present with your breath and softening.
Bringing your awareness into your body.
I'm going to spend some time inside.
I'm going to create a little stillness and silence.
Giving ourselves three more breath cycles of very gently belly breath.
And now the guidance is to bring the neck.
Just opening up the front of the throat.
And then chin comes to chest.
Few more.
Breathing in with the head tilting back.
And then a strong exhale forward.
Two more.
And forward exhaling.
Head gently coming back up to center.
Bringing that.
Neck down into the right shoulder.
Opening up the left side next Taking the right fingers and just gently coming down the neck gentle massage.
Just a gentle stimulation of the vagus nerve.
And then switching sides.
Head tilts to the left,
Shoulder opening up the right side.
And the fingertips just gently massaging from the ears all the way to the collarbone.
Very gently.
Alerting the body.
It's time to rest.
And slow down maybe and just become kind of still and present.
Just a little bit.
It's like a little time out for your nervous system.
Little break.
Pretty paws in your day.
Dropping into silence,
Staying with your breath.
Taking a moment to notice what's alive.
What sensations maybe are you noticing?
Is there constriction?
Is your belly soft or taut?
Is there any tension in your neck or jaw?
Noticing any ticks or movements.
Welcome it all.
And let your whole body know that you're here and you're listening.
It's safe to be you.
You're here and you've got you.
Notice for any pain.
Gripping.
Places of tenderness.
Or anywhere that you may be healing,
Whether that's emotional,
Spiritual,
Physical.
Just noticing.
Notice if the mind is quiet or active.
Letting it be exactly what it is.
We're not here to change any part of you.
In this silence,
You are whole.
In this silence,
You are welcome.
Breathing in a breath of curiosity into your whole body.
Exhaling compassion Inhaling compassion.
Exhaling curiosity.
Inhaling some love into the whole body exhaling tension.
Inhaling tenderness and kindness into your whole body every cell billions of cells fill them with your own tenderness and kindness.
Exhale constriction Just take a moment to let every cell of your body know that it's not alone that you are here and you care and you're listening.
Just notice if there's any part of you that needs your attention R is asking for some time.
To spend with you and let it know.
That that's really Phenomenal.
And you can make a date to do that.
Taking a moment to fill your whole body with deep deep gratitude and appreciation for every aspect of every speck of what your body does for you every day.
From the top of your head.
To the tips of your toes.
Fill your body with gratitude and deep appreciation.
And giving yourself a few more breaths.
Thank yourself for taking this time out.
Giving yourself some love and attention giving yourself what maybe it needed.
And let your body know that you'll come back.
You're here.
Never has to feel alone again.
Thank you for joining me in this.
Pause.
I wish you a beautiful rest of your day.
Let me know how this landed for you.
I love to hear your feedback.
Namaste Om Shanti Shanti Home.
