Please begin by making yourselves very very comfortable.

This meditation has been created to help you feel one with all that is.

This meditation has been created to help heal toxic loneliness.

The type of loneliness we experience when we feel outcasted,

Neglected,

Discarded,

Minimized,

And not enough.

Please make sure to turn off all cellular devices and to ensure that you will not be disturbed over the next few minutes or so.

As you begin to delve deeply into your heart,

Your mind,

And your body.

You can consider this meditation a form of self-hypnosis.

You have the ability to calm mental chatter,

To calm your anxiety,

To end rumination,

And to control your focus.

Meditation is a tool.

A tool that if you practice using will allow you to tap into the potential power of your amazing mind.

Please begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a count of two,

And gently exhale.

Please repeat.

In through your nose,

Hold it for a count of two,

And exhale.

Bring your awareness,

Your focus to the soles of your feet.

Think about the soles of your feet.

Feel the soles of your feet.

Bring your awareness into your calves.

Feel the back of your calves.

Bring your awareness into your knees.

Feel your knees.

All your focus is on your knees.

Picture your knees.

Bring your awareness into your thighs.

Feel your thighs.

See your thighs.

And notice how your mind must bend to your will.

Notice how you,

In a calm,

Relaxed,

Deliberate state,

Can focus where you wish.

Bring your awareness into your back,

Your lower back.

Feel your lower back.

Feel your hips.

Notice how your mind has the ability to focus where you send it.

Bring your awareness into the area of your navel.

Feel this area.

See it in your mind's eye.

Just become aware of it.

Mentally scan it.

Notice how you can instruct your mind to focus where you wish it to focus.

Bring your awareness into the area of your back.

Feel your back.

Feel your chest.

Notice the amazing and divine rhythm of the rise and the fall of your chest.

Know that as your chest rises and falls,

The seasons come and go.

Tides rush up to shore and pull out again.

You are in tune and in alignment with all that is.

You are one with nature.

Outside of your conscious awareness,

Your body is responding to nature.

The mental chatter is getting in the way.

Feel the back of your head.

Bring your awareness to the back of your head.

Feel the back of your head.

Bring your awareness into your throat.

Feel your throat.

Ask the muscles of your throat to relax now and to ease.

Just relax.

Many of us who have a difficult time telling our truth have trouble with the throat chakra.

Relax the muscles of the throat.

Give your body permission to relax your throat.

Feel your heart space.

Ask the muscles of your chest to relax now.

Bring all your awareness into your heart space.

Ask your heart space to open up.

Relax.

Remind yourself that you are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Bring your awareness into your arms.

Feel your arms.

And ask your brain to relax the muscles,

Tendons and ligaments in your arms.

Relax your fingers.

Just relax your fingers.

Focus on the center of your palms.

Feel the center of your palms.

Bring all your awareness to your fingertips.

Bring all your awareness to your fingertips.

Feel your fingertips.

Take notice of any sensations you might feel at the tips of your fingertips.

Know that your body and your aura is interfacing with the matrix and the field of energy that you are bathing in,

That we are all bathing in,

That we cannot see,

But is as real as you and me.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Feel the top of your head.

Bring all your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine that your crown chakra is opening.

Notice any tingling,

Any pressure and any sensations at the top of your head.

Know that you are bathing in a sea of galactic energy.

Even though the human eye cannot see it,

You are bathing in a sea of energy.

The being that you are at a quantum level,

At a subatomic level,

Is energy.

The earth is energy,

Held together through gravity.

Know that the universe that you exist in is all energy.

Every star,

Every planet,

Every moon,

Every butterfly,

Every fish in the sea,

Every bird in the sky,

Every mineral,

Every plant,

At its quantum level,

Is energy.

And even though you may feel alone,

Separate from,

In reality,

You are one with everything.

You are an extension of everything.

On a quantum level,

There is no separation between one band of light and another.

Here on earth,

Human beings are subject to personalities,

Childhood experiences that imprint us for later adult experiences.

But outside of this imprinting,

This brainwashing,

Outside of this interference,

At our core,

We are light and we are enough.

We are everything.

And everything that is outside of us exists within us.

We are the universe.

The universe is us.

And on a quantum level,

We are one with everything.

When we have been abused in childhood,

When we have suffered from narcissistic abuse,

When we have felt less than,

When we have been bullied,

Discarded,

In childhood and in adulthood,

It is easy for our focus to pay more attention to what is wrong than it is for us to pay attention to what is right.

The brain is wishing to solve a problem and the problem is our pain.

We must learn to override the brain's obsession with trying to control things it cannot control.

We have the ability.

We have a prefrontal lobe.

We have a neocortex.

We can think more cognitively.

We can think with a higher state of awareness.

We do not have to stay reacting to situations we cannot control.

We can let go.

We can accept.

And we can surrender.

It is time to become aware of that which we cannot control.

It is time to focus on what we can control.

We can control the mental chatter.

We can meditate.

We can remind ourselves that we are enough and that on a quantum level there is no such thing as separation.

We can remind ourselves that even though the people that we love may be unable to love us,

The universe loves us and we are one with the universe.

But in order for the universe to respond to us with love,

We must love ourselves first.

We must use our brains to remind ourselves that we are enough.

We have always been enough and we always will be enough.

We must meditate on what is right.

We are right.

We are the light.

We are the light.

We are the light.

If you wish to stay in this deep meditative state you may do so.

Or on the count of five you may awaken.

One,

Wiggle your toes.

Two,

Become aware of the noise in the room.

Three,

Wiggle your fingers.

Four,

Take a nice deep breath in.

Five,

Open your eyes.

Namaste.
