This is the last talk in the series on the Four Noble Truths. I have been offering slightly different interpretations of what the four noble truths from the early teachings of the Buddha. They are predominately these deep insights in seeing what is there, seeing it’s arising, seeing its ceasing, really seeing the coming and going of phenomena, all flow of experience. There is a sense of freedom when we allow things just to flow. Everything is allowed just to be as it is. Everything is just flowing.
