So we have been exploring the three characteristics of our human life, that everything is changing and there is so much dissatisfaction and suffering all around us and we have this idea of who we are in all of this. Our self concept. One of the ways I suggested working these characteristics is through the Zen teaching of ordinary mind (Refer to "What is the Way" talk). It’s the practice of presence. Because everything is so uncertain and changing so rapidly a support for our life is to culitvate inner stability.
