This meditation has been created to help you connect with higher self. Please begin by making yourselves very, Very comfortable. This is your time. This is your sacred time. This is the time that you get to spend with you. All beings have a higher self. The divine aspect of self. The wise, Knowing aspect of self. Who understands universal laws. Who understands why we are here. So many of us suffer from a disconnect to the divine higher self because we have been programmed to believe we are not enough. We have been brainwashed to believe that there is something we must do, Have, And or achieve in order to be worthy. Nothing could be further from the truth. These feelings of inferiority prevent us from being able to believe we are worthy and that our feelings matter. To connect to higher self, One must trust what they feel. This meditation has been created to help you learn to appreciate the gift thoughts and feelings were meant to be. We have been taught to discount our thoughts, To distrust our thoughts as well as our feelings. This meditation will help you get clearer about what it is you think, What it is you feel and what you can do to maintain a stronger connection to higher self. Please begin by finding a spot that makes you feel at home, A place where you can disconnect from the external world and focus more clearly on the internal world, The world of you. Please begin by taking a deep cleansing breath in through the nose. Observe how the body's chest rises and expands as you deliberately command your brain to draw air into your nose and into your magnificent lungs. Inhale and know that you are exhaling old stale air, Air from the past. Take a nice deep cleansing breath again in through your nose, Expand the lungs and then exhale gently. The miraculous body will take in this oxygen and spread it through the cells of your divine body, Oxygenating deep tissue. Bringing cells to life, Helping to maintain harmony within the divine body. As we prepare for this meditation, Please do a quick body scan beginning from the top of your head. Inhale your head, Feel the back of the chair, The pillow, The bed or the mat against the back of your head. Feel the muscles of your upper back, Feel them. Bring your awareness into your upper back. Command your brain to the power of your thoughts and visualization to relax your shoulders. Bring your lower back, The area of your abdomen, Notice any tension and ask your brain through the power of your thoughts to relax the muscles of your lower back and your abdomen. Bring your awareness into the center of your chest, Scan for any heaviness or restriction, Feel the muscles of your chest and ask your brain to relax them. Feel your legs, Bring your awareness into your legs, Notice any tension and ask your brain through the power of your thoughts to release them. Feel your calves, Bring your awareness into the backs of your legs, Scan them with your thoughts, Command your focus and through the power of your mind command the brain, The central command station to release the muscles of your calves. Scan your hands, The power of focus, Bring your awareness completely to your hands, Through the power of your mind read your hands, Read the energy of your hands, Notice any restriction, Constriction, Command the brain to relax them. Bring your awareness to your feet, Feel your feet, Read the energy from your feet, Command your brain to the power of focus, To the power of thought to relax them. Bring your awareness to the muscles of your face. Feel your face through the power of focus, Read the energy of the muscles of your face, Command your brain to the power of focus to relax all the muscles of the face. Allow the bottom jaw to drop open slightly and relax. I want you to imagine you're standing on top of a cliff. This cliff overlooks a beautiful ocean. The ocean is decorated with dots of small islands. The sky is light blue. The ocean is a royal blue. The sky is clear. High to the left is the central sun shining its light on everything and everyone. I want you to imagine looking over your left shoulder. It is a warm day. There's a light breeze, Just enough to move your hair and move your shirt, Just enough to toss about the high grass that stands behind you. As you look over your shoulder and scan the environment, You notice that you are surrounded by beautiful colorful wildflowers. They're the most vivid colors you have ever seen. Purples and pinks, Yellows, Oranges, Green, Different shades of every color. Over your right shoulder, You notice animals playing peacefully together. From lions to gazelles to rabbits to monkeys to elephants and peacocks. All is well in this harmonious place. There are no needs here. There is only life. There is only agape love. There is only oneness. You have come to this place to meet your higher self. I want you to look in front of you now and notice to the left, Below your feet, Is the beginning of a majestic solid gold staircase. This staircase will lead you to the sand beneath you where you will meet your higher self. The staircase has 20 steps and as we descend, We will go deeper and deeper into the subconscious mind. We will begin with 20 and count down to one. Please begin. Taking your first step down, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, Going deeper, Going deeper, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6, 7, 8, 7, 7, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. As you step off of this golden staircase, You marvel at the beauty around you. The beach is a long, White, Sandy shore. Out in the distance, You notice dolphins jumping and playing in the water. You notice whales spouting off to the horizon. You notice the sun dancing on the water, Making it look as if the ocean is covered in dazzling diamonds. Looking up, You notice many birds flying above you. You feel warm at home, Content and peaceful. As you look to the right, You notice your higher self. Higher self is walking towards you, And you begin to walk to meet higher self. You're feeling content, Joyous, Humbled, Hopeful. Before you is a divine, Holy, Integrated aspect of you. Notice how your higher self is dressed. Notice the energy of higher self. Notice the confidence, The self-assuredness, The wisdom. As you and higher self meet, You are standing toe to toe now. Higher self raises their hands and embraces your face and kisses your forehead. Higher self pulls you in through a warm embrace and whispers in your ear, I love you. I have always been with you. Thank you for meeting me today. I have missed you. I love you. I hear you. I appreciate you. I love you. You're feeling warm, Accepted and seen. You are. You have come to be reminded of the big picture. You have come to be reminded of what direction you need to be taking in life. You have come to be nurtured, Guided and reminded of the power within you. You may ask higher self any question you like. Perhaps you want to know what choice you should make. Perhaps you need to know how to better believe in the self. Perhaps you have come to present higher self with some decisions that you have made recently. Perhaps all you need is a smile or a nod of validation, Letting you know you are on the right track. Mentally ask the question. Wait for the answer. And hold on to it. Feel it. Believe it. Higher self is that aspect of you that understands and knows that you are on a sacred journey. Every human being is on a journey. The reason for the journey is to awaken and to remember who you really are. Every human being enters earth and forgets their divinity. Pain and suffering are the byproducts of our unconsciousness. When we do not know who we are, We cling. We worry. We obsess. We self-sabotage. We allow others to abuse us. We worry more about others than we do ourselves. We fail to honor the divine human body, Which is truly the temple, The holy temple, For the spirit or the energy that we are. Many of us have been raised by unconscious others who have instilled us with dysfunctional childhood programming. If you are listening to this meditation, It is because you are meant to awaken, To remember who you truly are. You are not your mind. You are not your pain. You are not your past. You are love. You came from love. You will return to love. And on our journey, We have the opportunity to be love in human form. However, In order to flow love, You must remember who you are. You do not need to worry about what others think. You do not have to worry about seeking the validation of others. You do not have to achieve any status in order to be worthy. The journey is a journey towards love. Your goal is to return to a state of love, A way of being that allows us to transcend old pain, Heal past wounds, Correct dysfunctional programming, All for the purpose. Of waking up, Protecting the divine inner child, Hearing the words of the divine inner child, And connecting to higher self. For the purpose of guidance and wisdom and mind-body-soul integration. When you've learned to love the self and respect the self. The self being the totality of what you are. Mind, Body, And soul. You are actualized. In this high state of actualization comes the opportunity for integration. Mind, Body, And soul. Pure love energy flows through each aspect. Mind, Body, And soul. Binding us on every level. To ourselves. To Gaia. To the heavens. To the universe. To the mineral and animal kingdoms. And beyond. Higher self kisses you one last time. On the forehead. Takes your hands in the hands of higher self. It tells you that your thoughts and your feelings are creating your world. Use your thoughts and your feelings wisely. Maintain your vibrations. Remember who you are. I am with you always. Higher self turns and begins to walk away. And you do the same. Ascending the golden staircase. Beginning with 20. 19. 18. 17. 16. 15. 14. 13. Going higher now. 12. 11. Feeling hopeful. 10. 9. 8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. And 1. You're back on the cliff. Surrounded by wildflowers. Run down the mountain memory wellbeing with eternal life. This is your sacred space that you canzu return to to refresh from away. You are enough. I am with you always. You are enough. If you do so choose, You may stay asleep or stay in a deep state of relaxation or at the count of five you may open your eyes, Be fully awake and go about your day. One, Become aware of the noises in your room. Two, Wiggle your toes. Three, Wiggle your fingers. Four, Take a nice deep breath. Five, Open your eyes dear one. Namaste. Namaste.
