Fifteen to twenty minutes is a perfect amount of time for a “nana nap” - rest your body, close your eyes, reset your brain. More nourishing for your soul than 20 minutes of pointless scrolling. You you you you this is nap time so hopefully you are lying down somewhere quiet warm and restful make sure you are comfy and won't be disturbed for the next 20 minutes we will spend the first five minutes breathing and relaxing together and then i'll allow the music to gently support your nap for another 15 minutes you don't have to worry about sleeping too long i'll gently wake you up at the end so you can get back to your day refreshed and revived okay let's take a deep breath together and sigh it out let's take a few more deep breaths breathe down into your belly and now breathe deep into your upper lungs let your breathing return to normal if you're in the middle of a busy day then rest assured you're doing well giving your brain a break and reset will help you through the rest of your day if you're having a more chill sort of a day it's excellent now let's make it even more relaxing start to feel yourself sinking into the bed or couch where you're lying every time you breathe out feel your limbs get heavier and heavier feel yourself slowly slip into a deep state of relaxation feel that relaxation take hold in your mind easing you into sleep so relaxed just drifting off drifting off to sleep so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so start to deepen your breaths so slowly move your head your hands your feet before you open your eyes take a moment to appreciate the joy of a nap in the middle of the day it's a simple pleasure but has so many wonderful benefits start to move and stretch slowly bring yourself back into the room welcome back you've had a lovely 15 minute nana nap come to sit up and roll your shoulders forward up and back gently look side to side up and down just very gentle movements to wake up the neck let's stand up raise your arms above your head and stretch stretch so have a wonderful rest of your day thank you for spending this nana nap with me so
