A deeply relaxing guided practice to calm the nervous system and quieten the busy mind. This soothing meditation helps you let go of the need to do the next thing, achieve something, or get anything right. It allows you instead to soften, sit back and just be in the present moment. The meditation combines mindfulness practice, grounding, breath awareness, and the power of intention. The soothing music is ‘Daydreams’ by Christopher Lloyd Clarke

I am so grateful for this simple meditation today. I have felt dark and at a loss here in Southern California with the wildfires, wind and power outages. Now I feel some relief and stability. 🙏 Thank you

This was perfect for calming my anxiety. The past couple of weeks have been more difficult to relax mentally for me and I really doubted that I could stay still long enough to do this meditation. I was wrong. Your approach is always soothing and helpful. Thank you for helping me find my calmness in this space. 🕊️💜🫶🪷🧘🏼‍♂️🙂🙏🏻🪐

Another gem, Linda, though doing the breathing when you have a rather ferocious and persistent cold is a challenge. I do my best. I am always happy when I see a new meditation from you come up on IT. I know you have your own site but I have been a part of the IT community since the early days and like being here.

A beautiful and deeply relaxing meditation, thank you Linda. It felt very circular how you returned to noticing if there was anything to let go of, both at the beginning and end of the meditation. I really enjoyed this! Thank you so much for a wonderful start to my day 🙏
