Hi there.
Hi,
This is Lina and this is your after the breaking talk with your panic attack.
You pressed play on this talk slash meditation because in this moment your body is not listening to you.
Your body has taken the power over your feelings and over your reactions.
So what we are going to work right now is getting the control and the symbiosis back with your body.
First of all I want to let you know that in this moment where you experience this panic attack or anxiety moments that you're safe.
Repeat to yourself that you are safe.
That your body in this moment it's only trying to protect you.
That your body reactions to external stimulus or internal stimulus that is happening in your body right now and around your body is giving a signal to your body that you might be in danger.
Which as in this present moment you are not.
But those stimulus are translating to your body that you are in danger.
So what we are gonna do right now is as we take deep inhalings at the pace that is the most comfortable and possible for you.
At the same time you're gonna repeat to your body you're safe.
I'm safe.
I'm safe.
I'm safe.
My body is just trying to protect me.
I'm not in danger.
My body reactions right now is because my body thinks that I am in danger or correlates with a stimulus from the present moment with something bad that happened in the past.
The past is in the past.
The past doesn't have power over you right now.
And I want to invite you to repeat this to yourself.
The past does not have power over me right now.
My body is just trying to protect me.
My body is reacting to a stimulus that I don't have control over.
Actually my body is amazing.
How amazing is that my body actually right now is trying to protect me.
And what I am feeling the shaking,
The shortness of breath,
The cold hands,
The sweat,
The chest that is very tight,
The pain that I feel in my body,
The hands of the arms that are numb are just an indication of your body and saying to yourself that are just an indication of your body protecting you.
And repeating to yourself these are just symptoms of my body protecting me.
And talk with your body and say to your body it's safe.
I am safe.
I am grateful you're trying to protect me in this way but it's not necessary.
I am not in danger.
I am safe.
You can let go.
You can let go.
You can let go.
As in letting go I am safe as well.
And keep repeating this to yourself as in letting go I am safe as well.
As in letting go I am safe as well.
Now what I want you to do is don't fight your body.
Your body is actually right now putting up a fight with that stimulus that makes your body believe that you're in danger which you're not.
So right now your body is trying to fight that stimulus.
Don't fight your body.
Allow all these symptoms to be expressed in your body and released.
If you right now are trying to fight your body your body is going to fight back even more.
Imagine that you're fighting a ripe tide.
You're gonna keep fighting and keep fighting and actually what we are looking for and what we are looking for is that your body gets that symbiosis of peace and balance within yourself and outside of yourself.
So you might notice that things might intensify around you.
Maybe there is a lot of light,
Lots of noise.
Maybe where you are seated,
If you're seated the material it becomes sharper or stronger or uncomfortable.
Allow it.
Feel it all.
Don't fight the current because the current is going to fight you back and remember that we are trying to create here symbiosis and you might be swearing at me right now saying Lena but what the fuck you're talking about the symbiosis when I'm having a panic attack.
In this moment of panic attack I highly highly advise and hold your hand while saying don't fight the body.
The body is trying to protect you.
What would say to say to your body is this sense of gratitude and that you're safe.
Repeat to yourself I'm safe.
I'm safe.
I'm safe.
I'm here and in the now and my body only wants to protect me from something that my body has no idea what's going on right now.
It's normal that my body feels for a second like this and that I have autonomy over my body and I get to have this conversation with my body and release and if you can hug yourself on your legs or put your hands over that part of your body that needs most of your love right now and keep repeating to yourself you're safe you're safe you're safe.
And out of this situation only aligned results can come.
Out of this situation only aligned results can come.
Out of this situation only aligned results can come.
Breathe in,
Breathe out and for the love of God and hold together your legs.
Let your legs and your arms be at a certain distance.
Let your body breathe.
That sounded weird I know.
You got it.
You got this.
I'm so proud of you.
The panic and anxiety attacks are a form of the body telling you that something might be wrong.
There's nothing wrong.
There is this interruption of symbiosis between your body and outside world.
The stimulus that had activated your body to think you are in danger which you are not.
And the sense of overwhelm.
It's an indicator.
Not a fact.
It's kind of a guidance.
Not a fact.
So what I want you to do right now is keep practicing this.
Keep practicing these things.
I'm safe.
You're safe.
This is just a symptom.
My body loves me.
My body is trying to protect me.
I am loved.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am grateful.
Keep having these deep breaths in.
You can swear.
You can swear at me.
It do you as long as you keep breathing and saying that you're safe.
That your body is trying just to protect you.
And your mind is trying just to protect you.
How your heart feels right now.
How's your breathing?
How it feels?
You're incredible brave.
You're so brave.
Please take the time to rest.
To drink the water and for the love of God to put yourself first.
I'm always here for you.
Let me know how this talk or meditation or walking through the panic or anxiety attack has helped and support you.
And how can I help and support you more?
What would you have expected better or more or different from this?
So when I know better,
I do better.
Have a good resting day or night.
Bye bye.
