Find a comfortable seated position.

Imagine your breath like a waves.
Inhale through your nose deeply and slowly exhale.
This is the powerful energy that flows with your breath.
We always need this powerful connection on the way to the happiness.
Life is unpredictable.
But if we listen to our heart,
We always come to what is truly important to us.
To understand what your inner mission is,
You need to try to follow your own unique path.
You need to find the courage and energy for being as you are.
Now place your hands on the center of your chest and mentally ask yourself What really makes me happy?
Just breathe and observe your feelings.
What really makes me happy?
The path gives happiness and if you get pleasure on the way to the goal,
This is the most important thing you could experience.
If you feel pleasure along the way,
The process becomes such as important as the goal itself.
The meditation is also process.
This is a process of being in silence,
Facing your thoughts and emotions.
Some of them giving you joy,
But other could be painful and make you vulnerable.
Don't forget that the present moment is essential.
Let your inner voice guide you with every inhale and exhale.

To Anahata chakra.
