Welcome to the meditation.

On this practice today,

You will let go,

Peeling off everything you don't need.

Now,

Sit in a comfortable position,

Place your hands on your hips,

Open your palms to the sky.

When you are settled,

Gently close your eyes,

Watch your breath through your nose,

Inhale and exhale.

Feel how the fresh air comes and goes through your nostrils.

Your breath is a flow inside of your body.

Inhale and exhale,

Release everything you don't need.

Freedom of the soul means that you feel happy when nothing holds you,

Neither externally nor internally.

And when you breathe with a full deep breath,

Imagine that your body is light,

Flexible and soft.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Releasing tension out of your body.

Repeat again.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth very slowly.

Allow yourself to breathe out the unnecessary thoughts,

Negative emotions.

Inhale,

Exhale everything you no longer need.

You're clearing and opening the space for your essential freedom with your breath.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep breathing and observing the sensations inside.

And now take a slow deep breath in and with an exhale open your eyes.

Thank you for the practice.

Have a beautiful day.
