Hello my friend and welcome to the meditation.

My name is Lena and today I will guide you on this beautiful journey to the inner yourself.

Please sit or lay down comfortably and we'll start.

Now close your eyes.

Relax your face.

Relax skin on your face and on your head.

Relax your eyes and let them stop in the middle.

Relax your mouth,

Your jaw.

Let yourself smile a little bit.

It is the inner smile called Buddha smile and it starts not from the outside but from the inside of your body.

Relax your shoulders.

If you feel them engaged,

Let them up and drop down fully relaxed.

Beautiful.

Now let's pay attention to the breathing.

Feel this cold air you breathe in through your nose.

Let the inhale start in your belly.

Imagine your body as a jar that you're full of water.

Let this water to fool your body easily washing away all the borders,

All the negative emotions,

All the fears.

This is your healing inhale.

Remember when you breathe out,

Just let everything go outside of your body.

Notice how your body feels more relaxed and more connected with the world outside through your skin when you breathe out.

It's absolutely normal to feel stressed and overwhelmed sometimes.

Just take this break to clean up inside yourself before you start your beautiful day or go to sleep.

Create the calming space inside yourself and throw away all the thoughts you don't need and which disturb you.

Stay connected with your breath.

Your breath is your pulse to the life of your dream.

Breath is a key for changes that started inside of your body even deeper as you think.

Your body is a universe under your skin.

Listen to your body.

Trust your breath.

Trust yourself.

Enjoy this feeling with your deep breath in and breath out.

Do it one more time.

Slowly.

Say thank you my dear body.

Thank you my beautiful breathing.

Thank you wonderful universe inside of me guiding me through this life.

Take again a slow deep breath in.

And with the exhalation open your eyes.

Thank you for choosing me,

For guiding you in this beautiful meditation today.
