“Compassion listens to the cries of the world, and we are part of that world.” ~Christina Feldman |This is a powerful positive affirmation practice that directs love, kindness, and forgiveness inwards. Though many of us are very compassionate and supportive of the people around us, giving ourselves that some love and kindness can be really hard. This practice may bring up big emotions as you challenge yourself to truly treat yourself with the love and kindness you know everyone deserves.

Hi,

It's Lily.

Thanks for joining me.

I am so happy you're here and look forward to sharing this self-love meditation with you.

So find a comfortable seat or you could get cozy and lie down.

Be in a private place where you can speak out loud.

The power in this practice is using your voice.

We'll start with a few deep breaths,

Letting it out like a sigh.

Breathing in fully through your nose and just let it go.

One more deep breath in,

Filling all the way down into your belly,

Holding at the top for a moment.

Open your mouth,

Sigh it out.

You can bring your hands onto your belly and your heart,

Connecting to your deep inner wisdom,

Your gut,

Your womb,

Your heart space,

Feeling your breath coming in and out.

Feeling this incredible body,

This amazing gift to have this body that breathes and moves and thinks and feels and talks and learns and loves.

Think of yourself for a moment as a baby,

Perfect,

Healthy,

Pure little soul.

Rosy cheeks,

Smooth glowing skin.

You know at this point you were perfectly deserving of all the love in the world,

That you were innocent,

Full of life and love and potential.

See this little baby start to grow.

See yourself as a child,

Curious,

Confident,

Expressive,

Playful,

Deeply worthy of being loved and cared for.

See this little person growing up into a young adult and into yourself now.

See that now and as you grew and as you became an adult,

That even though you may have started to lose that sense of pure innocence,

That you may have started to become self-conscious,

That you realize that you were faulted,

That even so all throughout your life you've been that same soul that was a perfect little baby,

A pure innocent child and still within you,

You are that perfectly imperfect,

Totally deserving of love and respect and care.

Breathe into that feeling now.

Re-embody,

Re-embrace that child in you that is so worthy and knows that you're so worthy of love.

Begin to repeat after me.

I am worthy of love.

I deserve to feel safe.

I deserve to feel cared for and respected.

I deserve love from the people around me.

I deserve the love I receive from my friends and family.

I am worthy of respect from my community.

Just as everyone deserves to be treated kindly,

I deserve to be treated kindly.

I deserve to take care of my body.

My body is precious.

My body is amazing.

My body is supremely intelligent.

My body is intuitive and wise.

I am wise.

I am connected.

I am the embodiment of love.

I am loving.

I am compassionate.

I deserve to be treated with compassion.

I deserve to treat myself with compassion.

Even though I am human and I make mistakes,

I deserve my own compassion.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

I forgive myself for my faults.

I accept my imperfections.

I am a child of the universe.

I am divine in nature.

Even my imperfections are perfect.

I am as unique as a snowflake.

I am a singular,

Unique expression of life.

There is no one else exactly like me.

There is no one else who can do exactly what I do.

There is no one else who can be who I am.

I deserve to fully embody and embrace myself.

I deserve to treat my precious body with all the love in the world.

I deserve to eat fresh,

Organic healthy food.

I deserve to drink clean,

Pure water.

I deserve to live in a safe,

Comfortable home.

I deserve to make my home feel beautiful to me.

I deserve to feel peace at home.

Everyone deserves to take care of their body.

Everyone deserves to eat healthy,

Nutritious food.

Everyone deserves clean,

Pure water.

Everyone deserves a safe home.

I am a part of everything.

I deserve all of this love,

All of this peace,

All of this wellness.

I love myself.

I love every part of myself.

I love my body.

I love my precious,

Amazing body.

I deeply respect myself.

I deeply love myself.

Everyone deserves to be loved.

Everyone deserves to love and respect themself.

I deserve to love and respect myself.

I see myself as worthy,

As capable,

As confident,

As beautiful.

I see myself in my divine nature.

I see myself radiant,

Proud,

And free.

I see myself in all my imperfections as perfectly imperfect.

I am perfect just as I am.

I am learning and growing.

I am evolving and rising.

And I am perfect.

I am me.

I love me.

I love myself.

Take some deep breaths in now to hold in this feeling.

Hold in this love.

Hold it in.

Let your exhales fully let go.

Breathing in deeply,

Deep into your heart,

Deep into your belly.

Hold it in.

Hold in the love.

Hold in the kindness.

Hold in the openness.

Expand.

And then open your mouth.

Let go.

Let go of tension.

Let go of doubt.

Again,

A deep,

Deep breath in all the way in,

All the way deep,

All the way into your belly,

All the way into your womb.

Hold it in.

Feel the love.

Trust yourself.

Believe in yourself.

And then open your mouth.

Let it go.

Let go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Let go of what you don't need.

Trust that you deserve this.

Know that you can come back to this in a moment,

Repeating any of these phrases or anything that comes to you.

Anytime in your day,

Remind yourself who you are.

Remind yourself what you deserve.

When someone doesn't treat you right,

When you don't treat yourself right,

When you're hard on yourself,

Slow down.

Take a moment.

Take some deep breaths and talk to yourself and remind yourself of what you are and who you are and what you deserve.

You are worthy.

We are all worthy.

Let's remind each other.

Let's lift each other up.

Let's smile at each other.

Let's compliment each other.

Let's believe in each other.
