She believes in an intuitive, inclusive, and accessible approach that honors both tradition and each person's individuality. Her practice is inspired by everything she has learned and every person she has crossed paths with on this beautiful journey called life. She believes that Yoga is a journey of continuous learning, about ourselves, about others, and about life itself, and seeks to combine her knowledge of yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatics, trauma-informed practices, and psychology, always uniting body, mind, and breath.
