Welcome to the Yang to Yin meditation.
This meditation will help balance the yang and yin energies within you.
Promoting a sense of harmony and inner peace.
Find a comfortable position.
Seated or lying down in a quiet place where we won't be disturbed.
Gently close your eyes.
And begin to focus on your breath.
Feel the air entering through your nostrils.
Feeling your lungs.
And then slowly flowing out.
With each breath,
Allow your body and mind to relax,
Letting go of any worries or tension.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the weight of your body being fully supported by the surface beneath.
Notice each part of your body relaxing.
Starting from your feet.
And slowly moving up to the top of your head Is your attention arise?
Feel your body becoming heavier and more relaxed.
Surrender to gravity completely.
Feeling safe and supported.
Now,
Begin to focus on the yank energy within you.
This is the active,
Warm and dynamic energy.
Imagine a bright golden light radiating within your body.
Representing your yang energy See these lights starting from the center of your chest.
And expanding outwards.
Filling your entire being with warmth and vitality.
Feel this energy pulsating through you.
And bringing a sense of strength and movement.
Allow yourself to fully experience this yang energy.
Notice where it feels strongest.
And where there might be an excess of energy.
Feel the intensity of these golden lights.
Like a radiant sun within you.
Illuminating and warming every part of your being.
As you become aware of your yang energy,
Now begin to visualize this golden light gradually softening.
Imagine it transforming into a gentle silver light.
Cool and serene.
The silver light represents your yin energy.
The passive,
Cool and receptive force.
Feel this transformation within you.
As the silver light expands.
Sense your energy becoming calmer.
And more tranquil.
Feel the warmth of the yang slowly dissipating.
Making space for a cool,
Soothing sensation that spreads throughout your entire body.
Allow this Yin energy to flow freely.
Bringing balance and a deep sense of peace.
Now,
Focus entirely on the yin energy within you.
This energy of acceptance,
Stillness,
And introspection.
Feel the silver light surrounding you like a blanket of serenity and peace.
And allow yourself to be fully receptive to this yin energy.
Letting it soothe and nurture you.
Notice how your body responds to this energy.
Becoming softer,
More relaxed,
And more in tune with its natural rhythm.
Let any remaining tension dissolve into the silver white.
As if being washed away by a wave of tranquility.
Now,
Visualize the yang and yin energies within you.
Finding.
Pneumonia's balance.
See the golden and silver lights dancing together.
Interwining gently complementing and balancing each other.
Feel how both energies coexist within you.
Creating a taste of perfect harmony and balance.
A knowledge that's both young and in.
Are essential parts of who you are.
Allow yourself to feel this union of energies as a source of strength and inner peace.
Feel whole,
Complete,
And in balance.
As we begin to close this meditation.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel your body completely relax,
In your mind at peace.
Know that this balance between yang and yin energies is always within you.
Available whenever you need it.
When you feel ready.
Gently start moving your fingers and toes.
Make small movements to awaken your body and bring your awareness back to the present moment.
And slowly open your eyes,
Carrying with you the harmony of serenity of this meditation.
