So finding yourself a comfortable posture,
Perhaps your feet are flat on the ground,
Perhaps finding that space between the ears and the shoulders.
You might like to close the eyes or perhaps turning away from the screen,
Having a loose gaze and taking a deep breath in here and as you breathe out letting the whole body release,
Letting the muscles,
The chest relax and the whole body let go and again taking a long slow breath in and as you breathe out letting go of any of the busyness of your day,
Letting go of any of the things you've had to do to arrive here,
Knowing you're here now.
We're setting this time aside for the rest of our day just to be.
Noticing the sense of the feet on the air,
Noticing that pressure,
That contact,
The sit bones and the hands and noticing that gentle rise and fall as the body breathes and as we come to the end of this short arriving,
This short settling practice,
Taking another deep breath in and out in your own time and bring a little movement back to the body.
Is there any stretching,
Any changes to your posture your body would like and whenever you're ready opening your eyes and arriving back here.
