The shashastra collective speaks about the great harmonization. Whether you feel successful or a failure you can navigate your life experience in a more harmonious way by doing this: Step 1 - recognize what is harmonious around you. Then follow that harmony for 60 seconds or more. Step 2 - feel the harmony Utilize and connect with that harmony around you and you will begin to feel the harmony within you. Step 3 - realize that I am harmony. I am that. I am the center of harmony in my life.

Welcome back everyone.

Thank you again for listening.

So the other day I was kind of reflecting upon my life and the decisions that I've made and what I some might consider missteps along the way and just having a moment of realizing that I partied my way to success.

And some might say I wasted my youth,

Wasted money,

Didn't plan ahead,

But you know I thought how often do those plans work out before something eventually destroys it?

I mean I'm looking around at friends who have these big houses and successful careers and stuff and I'm like all of that can be changed in a day.

It can be destroyed overnight.

And I felt like everything that I've done and the experiences that I've collected are not something that can ever be destroyed.

You know I lived in the moment.

I had no plans for the future.

I was just enjoying life,

Dancing my way through the hard times,

Spending my time with friends and laughing until it hurt.

Some might say I was spiritually bypassing.

And so why is focusing on fun most of the time wrong?

You know when did this become a problem?

I mean don't get me wrong I cried a lot too but that's just it.

When I felt it I let it rise and fade like a tidal wave and then go back to having fun.

I've done just about everything that some might consider wrong but I have embraced how important and influential each and every step and experience was to make me who I am today.

I own all of it and proudly say I stumbled fumbled and partied my way to success.

And so I was having a discussion the other day with a Shastra collective you know as I was starting to compare myself to others and well this is what they had to say.

Again we say your harmony is your home.

So if it harmonizes for you to lay down in bed and release some tears then do that.

If it is harmonious for you to spend time with friends then do that.

You see harmonizing it isn't always about being happy and joyful and blissful.

It's about doing what feels appropriate and authentic to you in the moment.

Because when you follow that harmony you're not in resistance.

You're not fighting your feelings.

You're not fighting your upset.

You're just allowing it to rise and fade and following those harmonies.

That following of harmonization can help to rebalance things to where you remain mostly in that harmonious state of joy and happiness and bliss.

If you're resistant to where you are harmonizing at or relating to then you feel stress,

Resistance,

Suffering,

Depression and fatigue because you're not allowing these things to rise and fade.

And so again we say harmonizing is not always about being happy but being authentic with where you are and not judging it.

This life is not all about bliss.

It's about learning to find that authenticity within and being okay with all of it.

So as we sit here and talk about this we recognize that the being who is channeling this,

Cindy,

Is recognizing what she calls her own owning her stuff.

Going back into her history and all the days that she danced and partied her way through life we want to recognize how this has brought her exactly to where she is right now.

And we want to give her and you all the opportunity to honor and recognize that everything you have done has brought you to where you are right now.

And maybe that's a happy place.

Maybe you're not comfortable with it but it will continue to bring you to your authentic place of where you feel that joy and alignment.

It's because these are all simply steps and lessons and sharpening of your tools that are allowing you to become more authentically who you are.

So if you're feeling uncomfortable with where you are and then maybe you're just not allowing your feelings to be authentic with where you are right now because you feel some sort of judgment or shame around it.

So what if you just allow yourself to feel the feelings without judgment and know that this is all part of the greater plan of you becoming more authentically yourself.

So how do you do this?

You feel what you're feeling,

Express it,

Allow it to be,

Let it out,

And then move on.

That's it.

Have no judgment about it.

Have no further thought about it other than just allowing it to express itself and then get on with your day.

You see it's your beliefs about your current situation and your judgment about it that makes it feel awful.

Everything is part of the great harmonization of life.

What you're feeling are just waves of energy that are sometimes necessary to have that full realization of all of your gifts and talents.

And again don't judge yourself for not knowing what those gifts and talents are but just know that this is all part of it and these moments give you time for reflection and figuring all of that out and recognizing what it is that you truly want,

What you truly love,

And what makes you light up and what doesn't.

And then from there you can start to make choices that feel harmonizing in a way that pleases you.

We will talk more about this later.

So when you're feeling unhappy or out of alignment or in a bad life situation you can simply do as we stated acknowledge and accept it that this is how it is right now.

Do not resist it,

Judge it,

Or shame yourself for being in that situation.

That only creates more disharmony.

Think nothing of it and just allow your feelings to rise and fade.

Then to navigate your life experience in a more harmonious way you can do this.

Step one,

Recognize what is harmonious around you.

Then follow that harmony for 60 seconds or more.

This could be that the temperature in the room feels nice,

Your body feels warm and cozy,

You're breathing and your body is functioning well today,

The sunlight is shining beautifully through your window today,

The traffic was easy today with no accidents,

The trees are blooming flowers,

Your house is quiet.

Simple things to notice what is already in harmony.

Step two,

Feel the harmony.

When you utilize and connect with that harmony around you,

You will begin to feel the harmony within you.

Step three,

Realize that I am harmony.

I am that.

I am the center of harmony in my life.

Really let that sink in.

You are the center of harmony in your life.

Following that knowing that feeling of harmony is connection with your higher self.

It is your connection with the spirit within and knowing that you are worthy of being connected to this great feeling of harmony and union.

It is the feeling of love.

You can simply follow what harmonizes and let harmony be your compass,

Your navigational system through the dark times.

When you're feeling bad you can look around and notice what does feel harmonious.

Even if your life is disharmonious,

There are simple things like the harmony of the wind in the trees or the harmony of your warm blanket and a hot cup of tea.

Using harmony as a navigational system,

As a compass,

As a lighthouse to get you through where you may be stuck in that moment or just simply witnessing the harmony that is.

You can even be in harmony with the things you don't like.

You don't have to agree with it or be okay with it to be in harmony but you can harmonize with the fact that this is how it is right now.

Accept it and this will allow you to be a non-resistance and just observe it.

You're just allowing it to be and you're allowing yourself to be.

You can remain in alignment this way because you're allowing it to exist and you're allowing yourself to exist without being modified or affected by the other.

You see life isn't acting upon you.

You are not a victim.

These disharmonious events are simply opportunities for you to choose what you want,

Recalibrate your compass and direction and then speak it into existence with your voice.

The throat is the harmonizing gateway of the body.

It allows the voice to speak for the body.

So when you say things with your words,

The power of your words creates a harmonic manifestation that harmonizes with the energy behind your words.

Now with that said you may be doing mantras or affirmations that never seem to work.

That's because the universe speaks in harmonics.

When you can say one thing but the energy behind your words is saying the opposite.

You don't get the same results that you desire.

That is why it is so important to first get into alignment with a desirable harmonic frequency,

Noticing the harmony around you and feeling it.

Then you can use that harmony to create with your harmonic voice.

You can literally speak things into physical existence.

You are that powerful.
