Welcome to this meditation.

As we begin this meditation,

Let us take a moment to breathe deeply and relax our minds and bodies.

Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.

Feeling the tension and stress begin to release from your body.

Today we will focus on the theme of fear and excitement and how fear and excitement manifest in the same way but it is our attitude that determines our experience and we get to choose our attitude.

It is important to understand that our attitude towards fear and excitement can determine our experience.

They are two sides of the same coin,

Both causing the same physical and emotional response.

But it is our attitude towards them that determines if we experience growth or if we limit ourselves.

As we meditate,

Let us focus on our attitude towards fear and our attitude towards excitement.

Are we allowing these emotions to limit us?

Or do we see them as transformative experiences?

Visualize yourself in a moment of fear.

In this moment that you are visualizing yourself in,

Take a note of your physical reaction.

In this moment of fear,

Do you feel your heart racing,

Your palms sweating,

Or your breath quickening?

Now focus on your mindset.

Are you approaching this moment with a positive or a negative attitude?

And if you are approaching this with a negative attitude,

Try to let go of any negative thoughts or beliefs.

Holding you back and replace them with more empowering ones.

Attitude is a choice.

We get to choose how we approach situations and emotions.

We have the power to shift our mindset from limiting beliefs to empowering ones to have a transformative experience.

Now let us take another deep breath in and exhale slowly.

As we do,

Let us focus on the present moment and allow any negative thoughts to drift away from our minds.

And as we continue to meditate,

Let us focus on cultivating a positive attitude towards fear,

A positive attitude towards excitement.

So imagine yourself as a fearless adventurer,

Embracing challenges with a sense of excitement and joy.

See yourself stepping out of your comfort zone and taking on new experiences with an open and positive mindset.

As you embrace this positive energy,

Let it fill you up from the inside out.

Feel it blossoming within you,

Overflowing and spilling outwards into the world.

Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly,

Allowing any doubts or anxiety to be replaced with a sense of strength and empowerment.

Remember that fear is a necessary part of growth and it can give us a sense of urgency.

Fear can be a powerful motivator,

Propelling us forward towards success.

Let us embrace this idea and choose to approach our fears with a positive and transformative attitude.

As we bring this meditation to a close,

Let us reflect on our attitudes towards fear and excitement.

Let us bring this energy with us and carry it into our daily lives.

We have the power to choose how we approach situations and emotions and with a positive attitude,

We can experience transformative growth and development.

So take a final deep breath in and exhale slowly and as you exhale,

Feel a sense of peace and calm wash over you.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and return to the world and go into the world carrying these positive vibes with you into the rest of the day.
