
Get Into The Feeling Of Your Ideal Life
A Reflective meditation based on the book "Feeling is the secret" by Neville Goddard. The meditation focuses on different areas of our life and getting into the feeling of how we desire our life to be

Namaste and welcome to this meditation.
This meditation is based on Neville Goddard's book Feeling is the Secret and in today's meditation we focus on getting into the feeling of the way we want a life to be.
So wherever you are get comfortable and you can close your eyes if it is safe to do so and take a deep breath.
Take another deep breath as deep as you can and call any scattered energies back to you.
We will now take another five deep breaths and as we exhale from each breath we will count down the number of the breath and visualize the number in our mind's eye.
So as we exhale five four three and in this meditation we will first reflect.
We will reflect on the different areas of our lives,
The wheel of life so to speak.
Focusing on the four main areas of our life necessary to maintain a healthy balance in life and as we reflect on the current state in each of these areas we will then get into the feeling of how we would like this area of our life to be.
As Neville Goddard's book goes,
Feeling is the secret and so we would get into the feeling and in getting into this feeling we will impress the subconscious to start the wheels in motion to manifest in our lives the very same thing we are feeling and so first we reflect on our social and family relationships,
Ourselves,
Our immediate family,
Our significant other,
Our friends,
Our colleagues or even our boss and without judgment reflect on the feeling you have surrounding your relationships.
Are your relationships with family members strained?
Have you been out of touch or lost connection with your family?
Are there friends you have been meaning to call or catch up with?
Maybe you are not receiving the kind of support you would expect from your colleague or your superiors at work and conversely are there any relationships where you feel you are being taken advantage of or maybe you are more prone to people-pleasing?
Are you being too hard on yourself?
And so take a moment now to reflect on how you would want your relationships to be,
How you would like your interactions with others to be and as you reflect on this simply get into the feeling.
Visualize the situation in your mind as how you would want the situation to be.
Visualize it as a scene in a movie.
Put in the colors,
Put in the sounds,
Put in the sense.
Get into the feeling and stay with this feeling and next we move to our career and educational aspirations.
In our career and the job that we do,
What are the feelings we have associated with this area of our life?
Have we been feeling that we are not good enough?
That we do not deserve it?
That others are better than us?
Or that our work is unmanageable?
Or maybe we have been harboring some resentments against our colleagues or our supervisors?
Do we feel that there is a negative atmosphere at a workplace that is affecting our motivation to do the best work that we can?
And in our educational aspirations,
Have you been feeling overwhelmed?
Do we feel that we do not have the time or that the course is too difficult?
Maybe we won't be able to complete it successfully.
So how would you like this area of your life to be?
How successful would you like your career to be?
Would you like to excel in all your educational aspirations?
So get into the feeling.
Feel yourself successful at your workplace.
Feel yourself successful in your career.
Feel yourself excelling in your educational endeavors.
And as you get into the feeling,
Visualize the situation as how you would want the situation to be.
Visualize it as a scene in a movie.
Put in the colors.
Put in the sounds.
Put in the scents,
The smells.
And get into the feeling and stay with the feeling.
And as we go further and look now at money and our personal finances,
Have you at some time looked at something you desire and felt that you cannot afford it?
Maybe you felt that doing your taxes is an overwhelming exercise or maybe you have been living in the feeling of lack and scarcity.
Maybe you feel that you are not efficient at managing your finances or maybe you cannot manage your finances effectively.
So what are your current feelings around money?
Have you been living in the feeling that you are bad at saving money or that money slips out of your hand?
Or do you feel that you are bad at investing money?
Whatever you feel will be true for you and that is what your subconscious will work to manifest for you.
So change your feelings.
Change your focus.
Start to get into the feeling of abundance.
Feel what you would do.
How you would live your life when there is the state of abundance.
The state of having more than enough.
The state of not being in need or want.
Feel yourself as a great investor.
Feel yourself managing your money efficiently.
Visualize the scene.
See the colors.
Hear the sounds.
Feel the feeling.
Feel abundance and feel prosperity.
It is already there.
And now reflect on a physical health and leisure.
How do you feel physically?
Do you wake up tired?
Do you go to bed anxious and stressed out?
Do you spend the day feeling and managing aches and pains in your body?
Do you feel too tired to exercise?
Too lazy to focus on your nutrition?
Or too comfortable in front of the television?
How would you like to feel physically?
Would you like to feel strong?
Would you like to feel active?
Would you like to feel energized as if you could have done a marathon and still have loads of energy for the rest of the day?
So get into the feeling of how you would like your physical health to be.
Feel yourself strong.
Feel yourself active.
Feel yourself energized and powered up and visualize yourself as you would like to feel.
Visualize where you are.
What activity you are engaged in.
Visualize the clothes that you're wearing.
The sounds that you are hearing.
Visualize the weather.
Visualize all this and feel the way you would like to feel.
And if you haven't been giving yourself some time for leisure,
Take a moment and imagine what you would like to do for leisure.
Maybe take a trip,
Watch a movie or go dancing.
Visualize what you would want your leisure to look like.
Imagine yourself doing this activity.
Imagine the colors,
The sound,
The smells and get into the feeling of yourself doing this activity and stay with this feeling.
So we have looked at different areas of our life and we have gotten into the feeling,
Striving to get into the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
And there's a famous saying that faith without action is dead.
By getting into the feeling we have initiated the process of programming the subconscious to manifest what we feel.
And as we keep doing this exercise we keep programming the subconscious.
So keep an eye out for intuition,
Hunches,
Hints,
Guidance as to what you need to start to do.
The signs will come and you will know without a doubt what you need to do to start to manifest the feelings.
So commit to action,
Commit to doing,
Commit to being,
To becoming who you need to be to manifest the feelings.
And now we will decide what are the 12 power affirmations and as we decide them we surround ourselves with the feelings around each of these affirmations.
I am successful.
I am loving.
I am attractive.
I am friendly.
I am helpful.
I am generous.
I am in control.
I am strong.
I am courageous.
I am optimistic.
I am affluent.
I have peace of mind.
And as we complete this meditation let's take a deep breath in and we breathe out all the old feelings of sickness and we breathe in unlimited health.
We breathe out our feelings of discouragement and we breathe in encouragement.
We breathe out those feelings of failure and we breathe in success.
We breathe out feelings of worry and we breathe in peace and we breathe out those feelings of fear and we breathe in love and peace and go about your day assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
