Welcome, I am Leslie and I invite you to join me in a transformative meditation that will help you awaken your divine spark and radiate your true light out into the world. Begin by finding a quiet and peaceful place where you can sit or lie comfortably. Once you are settled, Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment, Letting go of any worries or distractions that may be weighing on you. With each breath, Feel your body relax and let go of any tension. Breathe in peace and breathe out any stress or fear that may be holding you back. You are safe and protected and you are ready to connect with the divine spirit that dwells within you. Now allow yourself to become aware of your heart center, The place where your soul connects with your physical body. As you focus on your heart, Visualize a bright glowing light radiating from within you. This light is the divine spark that resides within each and every one of us and it represents the pure, Unconditional love that we share with one another. As you continue to breathe deeply and feel your heart center expand, Repeat the following affirmation to yourself. I am love. I am light. I am divine. I am love. I am light. I am divine. I am love. I am light. I am divine. Feel the truth of these words resonate within you and know that they are a reflection of the beautiful and radiant being that you are. You are worthy of love and deserving of all the blessings that the universe has to offer. Now continue to visualize the light within you growing stronger and brighter with each breath that you take. See it expanding outwards, Filling your entire being with warmth and radiance. Allow this light to dissolve any negative thoughts or emotions that may be weighing you down. As you bask in the warmth and beauty of this divine light, Take a moment to offer yourself praise and gratitude for all that you have accomplished. Recognize the many challenges that you have overcome and the strides that you have made towards achieving your goals and dreams. And now, Allow yourself to surrender any worries or doubts that may be holding you back from your highest potential. Feel the divine presence within you. The assure you that all is well and that you are always exactly where you need to be. As you come to the end of this meditation, Repeat the following affirmation to yourself. I am love. I am light. I am divine. I am love. I am light. I am divine. I am love. I am light. I am divine. Know that these words hold great power and that you can always return to this place of inner peace and light whenever you need it. For you are a being of infinite worth and beauty, And you have the power to create miracles in your life and in the lives of those around you. Thank you for joining me.
