Rest as the Seer within. This poem is inspired by Yoga Sutra 1.3: Tadā draṣṭuḥ svarūpe’vasthānam Then, the Seer rests in its own true nature. Patanjali reminds us that beneath the thoughts we think, the emotions we feel, the roles we play, and the stories we carry, there is a quiet awareness that knows it all. This reflective poem is an invitation to remember that you are not only the changing experiences moving through the mind and body. You are also the presence that sees, feels, and recognises them. You are also warmly invited to join the Living the Yoga Sutras group here on Insight Timer to explore the sutras, share reflections, ask questions, and access related practices. You do not need to become someone new. Rest in the awareness already here.
