
8 Simple Breathing Exercises – Calm And Clarity

I produced this meditation based on the 16 Breathing Exercises from the Plum Village tradition. Our teacher is Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, a Buddhist monk whose teachings continue to inspire mindful living around the world. I use this practice in my own sitting meditation, and it has transformed my life. I have created this shorter version to support you in reconnecting with your body and mind. You may choose to practise these breathing exercises during sitting meditation, while walking, as you transition through your day, or before going to bed. Enjoy this practice. May you be well.
