Lena Moxon is a mental health practitioner and educator who helps teens regulate emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and build grounded confidence. She’s the founder of Geelong Boxing Club in Australia; a socially prescribed wellbeing hub where movement meets mindfulness to strengthen emotional resilience, confidence, and connection. With postgraduate training in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Lena blends evidence-based frameworks like the Resilience Model and Internal Family Systems with embodied, heart-based practices informed by her training as a Somatic Activated Healer, Soul Purpose (Dharma), and Spiritual Life Coach. She has been mentored by leading teachers including Sah D’Simone, Tony Robbins, Sahara Rose, and the Dharma Coaching Institute. Her work bridges psychology and spirituality, helping teens move beyond awareness and into action through movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. Lena’s meditations on Insight Timer are short, real, and made for teens navigating identity, emotion, and growth.
