Lena Moxon is a somatic practitioner and educator based in Geelong, Australia, specialising in adolescent mental health and nervous system regulation. She holds postgraduate training in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and serves as Executive of Certification and Operations for Sah D'Simone and the Somatic Activated Healing Method. She is also a licensed facilitator with The Resilience Centre and co-director of Geelong Boxing Club, a movement-based wellbeing hub and preferred supplier of youth programs for the City of Greater Geelong. Her approach is body first. She draws on somatic frameworks and evidence informed resilience practice to help teens move out of their heads and back into themselves.
