Welcome to Every Day for Everybody,

Sharing tools that enhance life every day for everybody.

This is your guide,

Leylania.

Keep in mind you never want to meditate while you're driving a vehicle,

So I invite you to find a safe and protected space and sit down or lie down and close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Inhale clarity,

Exhale confusion.

Inhale safety.

Exhale chaos.

Inhale joy.

Exhale control.

And begin to breathe in and out of your nose,

Keeping your lips closed and slightly smiling up as if you're smiling internally at your heart.

And as we go into this meditation,

Let go of your past and your future and be here now with yourself.

Taking nice deep breaths in through your nose,

Watching where that breath goes.

Does it follow your heart?

Does it stay in your back and your chest?

Does it drop into your belly?

And as you exhale,

Just release and surrender.

Again inhaling through your nose,

Watching that breath travel through your body.

You might need to move a shoulder or readjust your legs.

Go ahead and do what your body needs to do at this moment.

And exhale through your nose,

Surrendering.

And a nice deep breath.

Let that breath follow your spine all the way down to your lower belly.

And exhale,

Bring that lower belly to the back of the spine and relax.

And again inhale,

Bring that breath past your heart all the way down to the lower belly.

And let that lower belly push out a little bit as you fill it with air.

And exhale through your nose,

Gently pull the lower belly to the back of your spine and compress that breath out.

And again inhale through the nose.

Follow that breath through the heart,

Through the solar plex,

Down to the lower belly.

Let that belly expand.

And exhale through the nose,

Contract the belly,

Pulling it to the back of the spine,

Letting the air out.

Slowly breathing,

Continue with this breath.

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the nose.

Inhaling letting the lower belly get big.

Exhaling letting the lower belly pull in.

Knowing that the breath is the only thing that we have true control over.

Surrendering.

Allowing that breath to guide us into joy.

Allowing the breath to guide us into a deeper knowing of self.

And allowing the breath to guide us into harmony with mind,

Body and spirit.

And I invite you to visualize a little seed in that lower belly.

Nussel it into the fabric of your being as if you were bearing a seed in the earth.

And within that seed place the intention of joy.

And take a moment now to place your positive intentions into that seed.

What do you want to grow in your life?

And as the intentions swirl within that seed,

Watch them root.

That seed starts to root within your lower belly.

And those roots start to grow energetically past your being into the space around you.

Let those roots start to grow past the room you're in,

Into the sediment of the earth.

Place the soil deep into the core of the earth.

And allow these roots to begin gathering energy from the minerals and soil and crystals and rocks and lava.

Allow yourself to gather what it needs through its roots and pull it up into your being.

You are rooted here on this earth.

You belong here.

Repeat in your mind after me.

I am rooted here on this earth.

I belong here.

I am safe.

I am rooted here on this earth.

I belong here.

I am safe.

I am rooted on this earth.

I belong here.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I invite you to keep that visualization alive and bring your attention back to the seed and watch it start to sprout.

Watch that sprout start to shoot up your spine and be curious as the leaves start to wrap around your ribs and around your heart.

And maybe the buds start to flower in your throat.

Just watch with curiosity as the seed starts to grow within you.

The seed of joy.

The seed of joy grow within you.

As we are aware of our roots and as we are aware of the budding plant,

Imagine there is a light coming from the top of your head,

From your crown.

And lift that light all the way up past the ceiling,

All the way past the roof,

And reach it up past the clouds.

Begin to connect with whatever you connect with in the universe.

Perhaps it is pure energy.

Perhaps you connect with cosmos or divinity.

Perhaps you connect with consciousness or God.

Whatever it is,

Connect with that higher source of being and funnel that energy in through your crown.

Letting it drip like honey past your third eye.

Coating your throat.

Coating your heart with love.

And nourishing that plant that is blooming within you.

With your next exhale,

Begin to give back to the earth and the higher consciousness.

Begin to give a little bit of your energy back.

And with your next breath,

Receive energy from the higher consciousness and the earth.

And the next breath,

Give energy to the earth and the higher consciousness.

We are constantly in an exchange of energy with everything we come across in every moment.

Every inhale and every exhale is an exchange of energy.

Being conscious of this reminds us that every moment is an exchange.

Every moment is a gift.

Every moment is an opportunity for sharing and connecting.

Every moment is an opportunity for change and transformation.

And at every moment is an opportunity to know yourself.

To love yourself.

To accept yourself.

And as you continue with this energy exchange with the earth and the higher consciousness,

We are going to practice self-love.

Inhale,

Love gets filled into your lungs and into your cells and into your organs.

Exhale,

Love fills the room.

No judgments.

No attachments.

No stories.

Inhale,

Pure unconditional universal love of being alive.

Of being alive.

Exhale,

Pure unconditional love of being alive.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You are connected to this earth on a deep and profound way.

And you are connected to the higher consciousness in a mystical,

Magical manner.

Repeat in your head,

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am protected.

I belong here.

I am safe.

I am protected.

This seed of joy grows in you.

You are constantly in an exchange of energy.

Accept yourself.

On your next inhale,

I invite you to raise your arms up over your head.

Come back into our body.

Fully alert and aware.

Reflective and resilient.

Energized and joyful.

We are ready to step forth in joy and allow that seed of joy to continually grow and blossom and root.

Reminding us of the magic of life.

Please bring your hands together at your heart.

Bow your chin down gently and thank yourself for breathing deep today.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
