Welcome to Every Day for Everybody,
Cultivating Tools to Enhance Life Every Day for Everybody.
This is your guide,
LaLanya.
Meditation is a tool for rediscovering your own inner intelligence.
It's about going from the activity of the world into the inner silence of you.
When you cultivate the tools that help you create calm within yourself,
The world of pure potentiality opens up within you.
As we meditate,
We let the external world dissolve and go into the silent,
Internal world and listen.
Listen to our heart,
Listen to our body,
Listen to our spirit,
Listen to the higher self.
And in order to allow us to focus,
We use a mantra.
Man,
Mine,
Tra,
Vehicle.
Mantra is a vehicle,
A vehicle to get us to where we want to go.
Through primordial sound meditation,
I personally have found I go deep into a sense of home within myself.
It helps me anchor into the pure essence of me.
And from that,
Effortless ease is engaged in my life.
So today I'd like to share with you the primordial sound meditation.
If you do not know your primordial sound yet,
You can use So Hum as the mantra.
I will guide you.
Don't overthink anything.
So for this particular meditation,
We do not want to be listening to music or be sitting outside.
You never want to meditate while you're driving a vehicle.
We want to find a safe and comfortable space where we can be still within ourself.
So I invite you to find a safe,
Comfortable space to sit and enjoy your primordial sound meditation.
And I invite you to close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in.
And exhale through your mouth,
Releasing the moment,
Releasing the day,
Releasing any thoughts that do not serve you.
And again,
Inhale in through your nose.
And exhale through the mouth,
Releasing anything that does not serve you at this moment.
Begin to breathe in and out of your nose,
Letting your lips touch and gently curving upwards,
Smiling internally at yourself.
Notice the space around you.
Notice how much space is between your skin and the walls.
How much space is above your head.
Notice the texture of what you're sitting on.
And with your next exhale,
Gently lean back so that your shoulders are directly over your hips and lift the back of the rib cage,
Allowing your spine to be a little bit taller.
And lift up through the top of your head,
Letting your ears rest directly above your shoulders.
Relax your chin just a little bit.
Let your palms face up and let your fingers do whatever they wish.
As I ask the next four soul questions,
Repeat them silently to yourself and listen for the answer from your heart or your higher self.
Let your mind be on vacation.
Who am I?
Who am I really?
Past my name,
My gender,
My position in my family,
My job title,
Past all of that,
Who am I?
What is the essence of my being that is endless?
Who am I?
Who am I?
And from that center of being,
What do I want?
What do I really want?
What is my soul's desire?
What is my soul's desire?
What is my purpose?
How can I use my talents and my wisdom?
How could I be of service?
What is my purpose?
What is my purpose?
What am I grateful for?
What is my purpose?
And take a nice deep breath in.
And with your next exhale,
Release those soul questions and release any answers that may have come.
Let the universe do the work to continually harmonize the answers with your being.
And I invite you to begin the mantra,
So Hum.
As you inhale,
Think,
So.
And as you exhale,
Think,
Hum.
These are just vibrational words.
They do not mean anything at all in this context.
We are just giving the mind something to focus on.
Inhale through your nose,
So.
Inhale through your nose,
Hum.
If thoughts arise,
Just watch them float by like a cloud.
And come back to your mantra,
So Hum.
So Hum.
If you have your primordial sound mantra,
Please begin to use your mantra.
If not,
Continue with So Hum.
I will mind the time.
Enjoy your meditation.
Please keep your eyes closed.
I invite you to release your mantra and sit in existence.
Sit in awareness.
Sit in being.
And we will end today's meditation with the four intentions for living.
Repeat in your head after me silently.
Vibrant energetic body.
Vibrant energetic body.
Loving compassionate heart.
Reflective alert mind.
And an overall lightness of being.
When you're ready,
Bring your arms up overhead.
Stretch your spine.
Create any movement you need to in your body to bring yourself back into this physical realm.
And bring your hands down to your heart.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Thank you so much for meditating today.
Namaste.
