Good evening.
Welcome to every day for everybody sharing tools and inspirations that we can do every day to enhance life.
I invite you to sit back and relax as we go into this evening meditation.
You can lay down or just sit back in your chair and simply close your eyes and bring awareness to your breath.
As you inhale through your nose and exhale the day,
Exhale worries,
Stress,
Overwhelm,
Anxiety,
Nervousness.
And inhale through your nose,
Love for yourself,
Compassion for yourself.
Exhale through your mouth,
Exhaustion,
Burnout.
And one more time,
Inhale through your nose,
Love,
Compassion,
Awareness of others in your life.
And exhale through your mouth,
Judgment,
Overstepping.
And begin to breathe comfortably in and out of your nose.
Notice where the breath gets stuck.
Notice if it's in your chest or deep in your belly.
Notice if you fill up the front of your body or the back of your body or the sides of your body.
Notice if your awareness is still in your thoughts and in your head or if it's dropped into your heart or your gut.
No judgment,
Just notice where the breath flows at this moment.
And I invite you to find a tension source in your body.
Maybe there's a shoulder that's bothering you a little bit or maybe the knee has a little bit of a twinge.
Maybe one of your toes just feels a little bit out of sorts today.
Perhaps your belly is grumbling or you have tension in your heart.
Wherever it is,
Go ahead and bring your attention to that one spot that wants your attention at this moment.
And each breath that you inhale,
Imagine it's a warm hug for that area of your body.
No judgments and no stories.
Continue to bring that breath to that area,
That pain,
That discomfort.
Notice if there's a specific color or abstract shape that goes along with this discomfort.
Notice if it has anything to say to you.
Are there words associated with this discomfort?
What is this sensation around this area of your body?
Notice if any other muscles are pulling specifically to create this discomfort or distract you from this discomfort.
And on your next inhale,
I invite you to tense up your entire body from your toes to your knees and your calves and your thighs and your buttocks and your abs and your torso and your chest and your arms and your hands.
Make everything really tense and bring all that tension inward to that discomfort in your body.
Push that discomfort in your body into a little ball.
Notice how the texture of that discomfort changes.
Notice if the color changes.
And on your next exhale,
Hold that tension in your body.
The entire body is tensed up,
Pushing into this discomfort.
And on your next exhale,
I invite you to release,
Release your hands,
Your legs,
Your torso.
Every inch of your body gets released along with that one area in your body that was giving you discomfort.
And let's do that one more time.
We're going to tense up our entire body from the buttocks,
The toes,
The back of the body,
The neck,
The ears,
The face,
The eyes,
The hands.
Tense up the entire body.
Make it really,
Really tight.
Pull everything into that area of your body that wanted attention today.
Like a huge hug from the community,
Huge support from everybody who loves you,
Huge support from yourself who loves you and your body at this moment.
No stories,
No judgment,
Just send love and support.
Give it a big hug,
Warmth.
Think about all the things that you love.
Maybe it's the sun on a nice summer day or a cool sip of lemonade or swimming in the ocean or being with the ones you love.
Just think about lovely things that make you happy as you hug this area of your body that needs a little bit of attention today.
And on your next exhale,
Release,
Release all that tension,
Release the hug.
Keep the love and support,
But release the tension.
Lay back a little bit deeper or lay down a little bit deeper.
Let your little toe relax.
Let your big toe relax.
Relax your kneecap.
Relax your hips and your ribs and the back of your neck.
Let the tongue slightly lift upwards to the back of your teeth.
Relax your earlobes and your elbows.
Relax your fingernails and your fingers.
Relax the eyelashes and the eyebrows.
And scan your body and see if there's anywhere you're holding tension and let it all go.
Let it melt into the surface that you're sitting or laying on.
Invite your body to surrender to the moment.
Invite your body to surrender to the moment.
Surrender to the night.
Surrender to the night.
Surrender to slumber.
And as you go into your imagination,
Invite the creative process of dreaming to heal any discomforts in your body-mind,
In your mind-body,
In your spirit.
Allow all the karmic ties that hold you to suffering slowly dissipate and drift,
Drift,
Drift,
Drift into imagination,
Drift,
Drift into abstract colors and thoughts,
Swimming in the ocean of imagination,
Of the dreams escape of you.
Healing,
Restoring,
Surrendering,
Healing,
Healing,
Healing,
Healing.
Spirit serves your body.
Surrendering.
Surrendering.
.
.
As you drift deeper.
.
.
Restored of sleep.
.
.
Create the intention to awake naturally.
.
.
In the morning with vibrancy,
Life and excitement.
.
.
For a day.
.
.
But for now,
Dream.
.
.
Restoring.
.
.
Back to wholeness.
.
.
You are perfect,
Just the way you are.
.
.
Life is perfect,
Just the way it is.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
You are perfect,
Just the way it is.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.
.
Good night.
.

Good night.
.
