Health is not simply the absence of disease, but is a state of expanded consciousness or awareness that opens us to greater well-being, creativity, and joy. Consciousness is the ground state of our existence. It is the changeless core of your being. This Consciousness has no beginning nor end, no space nor time. It has infinite organizing power, makes quantum leaps of creativity, and moves naturally in the direction of growth. Your essential nature is this pure consciousness It’s important to understand that consciousness is not your mind; instead, it is the unmanifested field of possibilities that gives rise to your body, mind, and the universe. Consciousness is the source of all your experiences, including your sensations, images, feelings, thoughts, imagination, creativity, perceptions, insight, and intuition. Health is not simply an absence of disease,

But a state of expanded consciousness,

A state of expanded awareness that opens us up to a greater well-being.

It opens us up to more creativity and joy.

In today's meditation,

We're going to step into that expanded consciousness to help bring balance to our health and bring us back to wholeness.

My name is Lelenia with Every Day for Everybody,

And I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Please do not do this meditation when you're driving.

So find a sweet spot to lie down or sit comfortably and gently close your eyes.

Become very aware of your breath,

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Inhale the present moment and exhale five minutes ago,

A week ago,

A year ago.

Inhale the present moment exactly as it is and exhale anything other than right now.

One more big inhale into presence and exhale into presence.

And now allow your lips to close and breathe gently in and out of your nose.

Bring your awareness and your attention to your heart area.

And as I ask the next few set of questions,

Listen from a higher sense of self,

From a deeper sense of self.

Why are you here?

Why did you choose to meditate today?

What do you hope to gain from meditation?

And bring your awareness to your physical body.

What does it feel like right now?

Where do you feel relaxed?

Where do you feel tension?

If judgments start to arise,

Just watch them float by like a cloud and bring your awareness back to the breath and listening to the body.

On a scale from one to a hundred,

How would you rate your physical health right now?

With no judgments,

Just observe your physical health at this moment.

And where would you like your physical health to be?

What is your goal as far as your physical health is concerned?

And now start to realize that you are this vehicle,

You are this mind,

You are this heart,

You are this body.

And then let that go as you realize that you are so much more than this vehicle,

This machine,

This body,

This heart,

This mind.

You are so much more than this static physical machine that you reside in.

And start to realize that there is space between you and the walls,

Your clothes and your skin.

Start to become aware of the space between your skin and the bones,

The space between the bones and the muscles,

The space between the organs,

The space between your thoughts,

The space between your breath.

And start to imagine that everything in creation,

Including your physical body,

Is made up of subatomic particles moving at lightning speeds through vast empty spaces.

At a deeper level,

These particles are filled with energy and information.

Start to tune into these subatomic particles moving at lightning speeds through vast empty spaces within your body.

Witness the body as dynamic and constantly transforming.

Observe these particles as they send information and energy to your physical form.

And now I invite you to become very aware of the top of your head.

Imagine the space between your head and the ceiling.

Expand your awareness past your ceiling,

Taking your energy up into the sky,

Into the clouds,

Into the cosmos,

Into the heavens.

Put your energy up above anything that you can imagine and connect to the infinite field of possibilities.

Imagine a network that connects you to everything.

It connects you to the stars,

To the moon,

To the sun,

To the solar system,

To the trees,

To the people,

To the rivers,

To the lakes,

To the raindrops,

To the thunder and lightning,

To the plant in your house,

To the deer in the meadows.

Stay connected to this expanded view.

This infinite field of possibilities lives within this expansion of oneness.

Health is not simply an absence of disease,

But a state of expanded consciousness,

A state of expanded awareness that opens us up to a greater well-being.

It opens us up to more creativity and joy.

This expanded consciousness is the ground state of our existence.

And from that network of information,

Find that energy line that brings you back into your body,

That data line of information that funnels in greater awareness,

An anchor to the divine,

An anchor to your higher self.

This energy that you're connecting to is the changeless core of your being.

It has no beginning or end,

No space or time.

Being connected to this infinite field of possibilities,

This expanded awareness,

This expanded consciousness has infinite organizing power.

It makes quantum leaps of creativity and moves naturally in the direction of growth.

This is the essential nature.

You can call this consciousness pure awareness,

Spirit,

Soul,

Being,

Existence,

God,

Life.

It has many names.

Call it what you like.

What's important is to be connected and aware of it.

Where your attention rests,

Energy flows.

Witness yourself as part of this quantum field of infinite possibilities,

Of creativity,

Of growth,

Of life.

Witness yourself connected to this network of intelligence and dynamic exchange with everything that surrounds you and everything that is within you on a subatomic level.

And health,

Vitality,

Love,

Acceptance,

Forgiveness.

Witness yourself as part of this quantum field and then witness yourself observing the particles of energy around you and within you.

And now witness being observed by these particles.

In this quantum field,

Everything around us responds to being observed.

Therefore the moment we shift the focus of our attention,

New possibilities for health,

Happiness,

And spirituality unfold.

We are enlivened through our connection with this infinite field of consciousness.

Witness yourself as a dynamic body living in a dynamic world.

And as the Buddha says,

Take care of your body.

It is your vehicle to awakening.

We do have to take care of our mind and body to live a prosperous,

Healthy life.

And as we shift our experiences,

Our biology shifts.

Because our biology is a metabolism for experiences.

And I invite you now to bring your awareness back to your body and how it's feeling.

Where you might have some tension or some relaxation.

And ask yourself the question,

How can I serve you?

How can I serve you?

Ask your body the question,

How can I better serve you?

Ask your mind the question,

How can I better serve you?

And let the questions and answers go.

Become very aware with the temperature of the air around you.

With the breath moving your chest and belly.

Become aware of any sounds in the room.

Maybe you hear an air conditioner or heater.

Maybe you hear sounds from outside of the room.

Become aware of the texture of the clothing on your body and the texture of the fabric that you're sitting on.

And on your next exhale,

Gently flutter your eyes open.

And become aware of the textures and colors in the room.

Notice the play of shadows and light.

And become very present with what is real right now.

And exhale.
