Good morning.

This meditation is your invitation to begin the day with peace,

Presence,

And purpose.

Allow your body to find a comfortable shape,

Either supported in a seat,

Or resting on the ground,

Or possibly lying on your back.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Allowing your shoulders to soften,

Melting away from your ears.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment at the top,

Now exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale peace,

Hold,

And exhale worry.

Sense the subtle shift as your body starts to feel fully supported,

Your breath anchoring you in this moment.

Forget what was or what will be,

All that is,

Is here and now.

Begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

With each inhale,

Invite in calm.

With each exhale,

Release anything that feels heavy,

Hurried,

Or unhelpful.

As your breath gently flows,

Bring your awareness to the sensation of being held by the ground beneath you,

By the stillness of this moment,

By your own presence.

Allow these words to gently form in a whisper or in silence.

Today I choose peace.

Today I move with ease.

Today I welcome quiet magic into every moment.

Let these words ripple through your body,

Let them become the rhythm for your day.

Start to imagine your day ahead,

Filled with small sacred moments,

The warmth of tea or coffee in your hands,

Sunlight filtering through a window,

A kind exchange,

A quiet pause,

Each one a thread of the fabric of your day,

Each one a piece of everyday magic.

Take a few more grounding breaths,

Just as you are.

No need to rush,

Let the peace you've cultivated here guide you through whatever unfolds.

As you feel ready,

Explore gentle movements of your body,

Starting wherever it feels natural,

Perhaps your fingers,

Maybe your toes,

Or a soft stretch,

Gently rolling your head from one side to the other,

And as you're ready,

Gently float your eyes open and greet your day with the peace that you've just cultivated.

Let's move through this day with intention together,

Aligned with meditation,

Aligned with everyday magic.
