Close your eyes or soften your gaze and take in a deep breath,

Feeling your chest expand.

Slowly exhale,

Letting your shoulders relax.

Continue breathing in this fashion,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and a slow,

Releasing exhale through your mouth.

Now turn your focus to the candlelight.
