Hi friends,
Thank you so much for joining me in this quick meditation to invite intention and focus.
This is a great practice to utilize as you transition from one task to another,
Whether this is a meeting,
An appointment,
Or a class.
We are all so busy,
And allowing yourself small ways to check in can lead to clarity and where you want to go.
So let's begin.
Settle in,
Sitting upright,
Either with your eyes open and focused,
With a soft gaze on a point in the room,
Or closing your eyes.
Your feet flat on the ground,
Your back straightened against a supportive surface.
Noticing in the breath,
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.
Inviting in curiosity of what you would like to get out of the next task ahead.
Just noticing if there are questions that need further clarification.
Perhaps more listening and observing,
Problem solving,
Or helping.
It's okay if you don't have all the answers by the end of this next task.
Just inviting intention and focus to get present.
As we come to an end,
Giving yourself some gratitude for taking the time in your busy day to get present and refocused.
Enjoy the rest of your day,
And be well.
