Cleansing Morning Meditation

Morning meditation to start your day feeling grounded, present, and grateful. You can listen to this meditation each morning, as soon as you wake, to cleanse your body of any stagnant energy and to infuse your day with presence and intention.

Transcript

Good morning and welcome to this beautiful new day.

Slowly find a comfortable position either laying down or sitting upright in a chair.

Closing your eyes,

Take a big deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Visualize a white cleansing light moving in through the top of your head,

Down through your body and out through your feet.

Keep breathing with every breath.

Visualize and feel the white cleansing light moving through your body,

Taking with it any stagnant energy from dreams and sleep.

Continue breathing deeply,

Feeling the cleansing white light moving through your body,

Down through your fingers,

Your torso,

Your legs and out your feet,

Cleansing any energy ready to be released.

Now as you continue to breathe,

Visualize with every inhale,

You're drawing your energy back into your body and into your presence.

As you breathe in,

Draw your energy of presence into your body.

Feel it moving in through your lungs and as you exhale,

Feel it filling up your body.

This is the energy of love and light.

You might feel a slight tingling sensation as this energy you inhale fills up your body.

This is source energy and your power,

Beautiful,

Divine light and love.

Continue to breathe that energy in and as you exhale,

Feel it fill you up.

Take a second now with your cleansed body full of love and light energy to think of something you are grateful for this morning.

Visualize and feel the love filling up your heart.

Feel the gratitude combining with the energy of love and light.

And ask for a word,

An intention for the day.

Do not force it or worry if it doesn't come to you straight away.

Just set the intention to feel the word come to you at exactly the right moment.

This is a beautiful new day full of abundance,

Love and opportunity and everything that you need is already within you.

Keep breathing as you allow that intention,

That word of the day to float through to you and know that everything is exactly as it should be.

Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Open your eyes and get ready for the most beautiful day ahead.
