You feel more and more present.
Keep breathing as we begin our visualization.

It's a beautiful morning.
The sun is rising.
Temperature is perfect.
And the breeze kisses your face as you walk down.
Put your feet in the water.

Ground in the sand between your toes and the water at your feet.
You feel a sense of content,
Loving abundance come over you.
You look out to the horizon and take in the abundance of it all.
And a sense of gratitude for the beautiful ocean before you.
The vastness comes over.
And you take a big sigh and let it wash over you.
Feeling centered,
Relaxed,
Calm and content.
Brimming with gratitude.
You begin to walk along the beach.
It's deserted.
It's quiet,
Peaceful.
The only noise.
The lapping of the waves at your feet.
You look up from the sand in the direction that you're walking.
And you see someone walking towards you.
They look comfortable,
Confident and grounded in their skin.
There's a big smile stretching across their face.
It becomes more apparent the closer they get to you.
You keep your eyes on this person and you notice this sense of calm,
Familiarity.
And you realize it's your future self.
Your future self is walking towards you,
Arms outstretched.
Ready to greet you with a warm,
Loving hug.
You meet and you embrace.
It feels so good to be in the presence of this calm,
Grounded,
Loving energy.
You take in all that your future self embodies.
How they look,
Their energy,
Their vibration,
Their love.
They're so happy to see you.
You take the time now together.
To breathe in to each other and connect.
And it feels so good to be in the presence of your future self.
Take some time now to speak with your future self.
Ask any questions that you are currently longing for the answer.
Connect and listen with open intent.
Allow and receive all that your future self now wants to share with you.
