Take your time here to find a comfortable seat,
Maybe sitting on a pillow or cushion,
Or on the ground,
Or on your bed,
Or on a chair.
Just allow yourself to get grounded into the ground.
Allow yourself to sit into the chair and then to the ground.
And then allow yourself to sit up taller.
You can even have your back supported by a chair or a bed or something behind you.
Gently roll your shoulders back,
Allowing your shoulders to relax down your back and away from your ears.
Then gently close your eyes or find an easy gaze towards your nose.
Settling in here,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold at the top.
And exhale,
Side at the mouth.
Take that one more time,
Deep breath in,
Hold at the top.
And gently side at the mouth.
Gently breathe in through your nose and gently breathing out through your mouth.
Living with this breath,
Letting it be easy and comfortable.
Now bring your attention to what you can hear.
What are the gentle sounds around you?
Is there anything you can hear in this space?
Now bringing your attention to what you can feel.
What are you sitting on?
Where are your hands?
Is there anything else you can feel in this space around you?
Now bring your attention to what you can see.
Even if your eyes are closed,
There's always something you can see.
Maybe it's darkness or blackness or maybe a hint of color or maybe a lot of colors.
Bring your attention to what you can taste.
What is the taste in your mouth here?
Now bringing your attention to what you can smell.
Are there any scents around you that you're breathing in?
Bringing it all together,
What can you hear,
Feel,
See,
Taste,
And smell?
Bringing yourself into this present moment.
Now imagine a white light coming in through the crown of your head from above.
Imagine this light coming down from the divine,
Coming in and covering your entire body on the inside and outside.
Coming into your head,
Down your shoulders,
Through your torso,
Into your legs and out your feet,
Grounding down.
Now also imagine a white light coming up from the bottom,
Coming up from the ground,
In your feet and your legs,
Wherever you are sitting,
In your sit bones,
Up through your torso,
Up your shoulders,
Into your head.
Now you have a white light coming in from above and in from below,
Connecting yourself up from the ground and to the divine,
Flowing through you and around you.
Using this white light to clean and cleanse our chakras as you bring your focus and attention to your root chakra,
Your pelvic floor muscle where you're sitting connected to the ground.
Bringing in the color red and maybe even imagining a little red ball in that area.
Imagine this white light within you cleaning and cleansing that red ball and imagine that area where it's getting cleaned and cleansed,
The red light shining brighter and brighter.

Imagine that red light fully surrounding your root chakra,
Knowing that you are safe.
Allow yourself to move up into your second chakra,
Your chakra of sexual and creative,
The area right below your belly button and above your root chakra.
Bring in the color orange and maybe imagine a little orange ball.
Imagine that white light clearing and cleansing out this orange area,
Allowing that orange light to get brighter and brighter.

Imagine that white light clearing and cleansing out this area as the yellow light gets brighter and brighter around your solar plexus chakra.

Now moving up into your throat chakra,

Bring in the color blue and maybe imagine that little blue ball.

Allowing the blue light to get brighter and brighter.

Imagine that purple light fully surrounding your crown chakra,

Filling up with your chakra is coming back to that white light,

Filling yourself up with that white light beaming in you and around you.
Breathe in all the goodness around you and exhale that light surrounding you and out into the universe.
