Om Namaha Bija Mantra Chanting

Bija mantras ground us and activate our chakras. The chakras have petals. As we start from root, to open and activate that energy center; the sacral prepares to open. As we chant, the sacral bija seed sound the solar plexus and prepares to open, and so on.

Hi, I'm Lori and welcome to this Bija Mantra chanting exercise, Helping you to open up each chakra from the root to your crown. The Bija Mantras help us to ground and activate our chakras one at a time. And as we start at the root and work our way up, The vibration of each tone helps to open the next chakra. So we're going to do each one of these chants seven times while we work through them. So sit up straight and we're going to start with the root. So we're going to say Om Lam Namaha. So take a nice deep breath in. Here we go. Om Lam Namaha. Om Lam Namaha. Om Lam Namaha. Om Lam Namaha. Om Lam Namaha. Om Lam Namaha. Last one. Om Lam Namaha. Good. Now we're going to focus on the sacral and its sound is Vam. So we're going to say Om Vam Namaha seven times. So nice big breath in. Here we go. Om Vam Namaha. Om Vam Namaha. Om Vam Namaha. Om Vam Namaha. Om Vam Namaha. Last one. Om Vam Namaha. Good. Now we're going to move up to the solar plexus. Surround your tummy area. Bijan seed sound for your solar plexus is Ram.
