Hello and welcome.
So I'm not exactly sure if this is weird or if it's appropriate to say,
But I just love the solar plexus.
I love it.
You guys,
You guys,
If you've listened to me before,
You know how I'll just come out with stuff,
Right?
But here's the thing.
I think I love the solar plexus,
Probably mostly because it's yellow and yellow is my favorite color,
You know,
But I love the solar plexus because this is where we find our personal strength and that is extraordinary and that is magical.
It is the solar plexus or the Manipura to me is magical.
It sits just above your belly button.
So it's like four fingers above your belly button and its element is fire and that's probably why actually in really thinking about that's probably why I feel like I relate to it so much because I'm an Aries,
Which is a fire sign.
So,
You know,
I don't know.
There's so many intricacies to the whole thing.
Interestingly,
The mantra for the solar plexus is Ram,
Okay?
And the Ram is the sign of Aries.
So isn't that amazing?
I mean,
There are so many synchronicities between the chakra system and everything else,
Whether it's astrology or whatever,
You know,
I just find it's all so incredibly fascinating.
So whether it's on purpose or if it's incidental,
I'm not sure,
But it's still really cool.
So this is why I love the Manipura.
The solar plexus is right where your gut instinct is,
Your intuition.
I love this so much because I love the idea of personal power,
Motivation,
Your understanding and trusting of yourself.
So think about it.
When was the last time you thought about trusting your gut instinct,
Right?
When was the last time?
And I have to tell you,
I love using the phrase gut instinct because it's a phrase that even people who are not interested in having anything to do with spiritual gifts and all that that entails,
They have heard and they know the phrase gut instinct.
And our gut instinct is our intuition,
Which people shy away from that word because it's a little bit woo woo,
Which I love.
Now here's the thing,
Though.
I'm going to take this even further,
And that's what makes this particular topic so exciting to me.
I'm going to take it further.
Our intuition,
When we develop it and use it in our daily lives,
Is far more intricate than most people understand.
Even some people that utilize it as a spiritual gift,
Even people that are lightworkers,
Sometimes they don't quite get some of this.
This is what I'm going to say.
The solar plexus is where our clairsentience also sits.
So it's about your gut instinct and your intuition,
But it's also where our clairsentience is.
Now,
What is clairsentience?
I'm sure some of you were out there going,
Oh,
What now?
Clairsentience is one of the clairs that we use in lightworking or doing the work of spirit.
Clairsentience is clear feeling,
Which is connected to your intuition.
Very fascinating,
Right?
This is your gut instinct,
And it's one of the spiritual gifts.
It's so cool.
When we are listening to our gut instinct,
We are ultimately tapping into our clairsentience,
Which is,
Like I said,
Is an amazing spiritual gift.
So I'm saying this because even if you think you do not have spiritual gifts,
Think again.
We all have the ability to tap into these gifts,
And this is one that is actually kind of easy to understand.
Okay?
Now,
We're going to do a little exercise.
Don't you love when we do little exercises?
I want you to sit and think of a situation or a question that you have regarding something in your life,
Okay?
Something that you need to figure out,
Okay?
It could be anything.
It could be,
Should I get a new car?
Or it could be,
Should I go out with that person?
You know?
It could be in any aspect of your life,
But it's a question that you have that you're trying to figure out the answer to,
Okay?
So now,
This is what I want you to do.
We're going to sit still for just a few minutes.
We're going to close our eyes,
Okay?
This is only going to be for a little bit of time.
So place your attention on your solar plexus,
Which is about four fingers above your belly So just place your attention there.
You can touch it.
You can put your hand over it if that makes it easier for you to place your attention there,
Okay?
So place your attention there.
And now,
Just let your mind go there and just sit there for just a few seconds.
Now,
I want you to ask yourself the question or the situation that needs to be figured out.
As you're still keeping your eyes closed,
Placing your attention on your solar plexus,
Ask yourself the question again.
Allow your mind to get as still as you can make it and ask yourself the question again.
Take note of how you feel when you ask yourself the question.
You may have to ask it a few times.
What do you really feel like your answer is?
What do you really feel deep down inside is the right answer?
Now,
Sometimes this can take a bit of time to figure out because if you're not used to going into your solar plexus and placing your attention there and asking the questions,
You sometimes have to get used to that,
Okay?
Now,
If it's a serious question,
You may have a lot of emotion tied up with it,
So it could take a while in sitting with it,
But you can reach your answer,
Okay?
It's about trusting yourself and trusting your body,
Okay?
So you can open your eyes and,
You know,
We're good,
We're good.
We're done with that exercise,
Right?
So I hope that that helped you,
Okay?
But now we're not done.
Next about this,
This is the fun part.
This is the part that I love talking about.
When this chakra is unbalanced,
If it's like underactive,
You might feel self-conscious and not motivated,
Distrustful of yourself,
Okay?
Those types of feelings.
Now,
If it's an overactive chakra,
You might feel a little bit of aggression,
You know,
Like frustration with,
You know,
Because everything's all askew,
Right?
So you might feel a little bit of aggression or lack of compassion towards people and things and situations,
That sort of thing,
Okay?
Now,
Those are not good feelings,
Right?
Of course,
But we're going to talk about ways to pick it all back up,
Okay?
And get it in balance,
Okay?
So now the first thing that we can do is affirmations.
You guys know I love my affirmations,
Right?
With this chakra,
There are so many amazing ones too,
And it's really fun,
Okay?
I'm going to give you three of my favorite,
Okay?
So the first one is,
I accept myself unconditionally,
Unconditionally,
Love that,
Okay?
Then the second one that I love is,
And this is my personal go-to,
I am courageous.
Oh,
Seriously,
That's just so awesome.
I am courageous,
Okay?
And then the third one,
Which is another really cool one,
Is I am motivated and ready to tackle my life.
Mic drop.
Seriously,
How much I love these.
Can you tell I really love the solar plexus?
Okay,
So now you can say it,
As you know,
I've talked about before about affirmations.
You can say this as many times as you want to yourself,
All day long,
Whatever,
Okay?
Now,
Next little part here is the mantra that goes with the solar plexus.
The mantra that goes with this solar plexus is Ram,
As I said earlier,
Ram,
Okay?
And this is a great way to activate this chakra because you can feel it in your body.
It's kind of like an affirmation,
But you can feel it in your body.
It's awesome.
Okay,
So this is what we're going to do.
We are going to chant for just a couple of minutes,
Not even for very long,
But I want you to feel this,
Okay?
So here we go.
Repeat with me or chant with me.
Ram.
Ram.
Ram.
Ram.
Ram.
Ram.
Ram.
Perfect.
Now,
Can you feel the vibration in your gut when you do that?
Oh,
I can.
Now here's the thing,
Just chanting Ram is just good for the solar plexus.
But you can also take any of the other chakra mantras and chant those.
So whatever you,
Again,
Go to your gut and feel what it is,
Like which chakra feels good today,
Which chakra feels like it might be a little unbalanced,
Okay?
You use your intuition and that is where the secret to it all lies.
Trusting your gut.
Okay,
Now with everything I discussed,
Now you know why I love the solar plexus so much.
I love feeling motivated and courageous.
Those are two factors in who I am that I love.
And so that's why I'm very passionate,
Clearly,
