Today we are going to talk about the Sacral Chakra.
Yay!
I love,
I know,
And you know what,
And you guys are,
If you're watching this,
You're probably the type of person that gets into this anyway,
But I am so into talking about the chakras,
Right?
I love talking about the chakras and,
Well,
Pretty much anything spiritual,
But I love the idea of strengthening them on a continuing basis,
Maybe not like every day,
Because I think that if you stimulate anything too much,
That might not be such a great thing either,
But I think it's great that once in a while we call our,
We put our attention on individual chakras and,
You know,
Strengthen them,
Cleanse them,
Balance them,
Right?
So the Sacral Chakra,
The Svadisthana,
Yes,
It is the sort of,
It's the creative sexual chakra,
And everybody is always like,
Oh my God,
It's the sex chakra,
But here's the thing,
It's not,
You know,
And it's funny because people talk,
Oh my God,
And you know,
People talk about your libido in terms of that,
Right?
But the word libido just means really passionate about like anything,
Right?
So I always say,
You know what,
Yeah,
It can be,
It's the sexual chakra,
But guess what,
It's also the chakra of creativity and being passionate about whatever it is that you're doing,
Right?
And that's what I love about that,
That's what I love about this chakra,
Because yes,
It is like we need to,
You know,
We need to cleanse and balance our sexuals,
Sexuals?
Our sexual being,
Right?
But we also need to balance and cleanse our own individual creativity,
Because if we don't allow our creative self to,
To allow itself to come up and percolate,
Right,
And allow ourselves to understand our own personal creativity,
Then that's all squelched,
You know?
Now I will say that the organs that the,
That the sacral chakra is associated with is,
You know,
All of your reproductive organs,
Your sexual organs,
But also your kidneys and your bladder.
Very interesting,
Right?
So we have to keep that in mind.
It's not just about sex,
You know,
Kind of thing.
It's about creativity and living and being and living your passion,
Right?
Whatever that is for you,
Right?
So there are ways to strengthen it or to,
How can I say,
Balance it and just call attention to it,
Okay?
So the color to this chakra is orange,
Right?
So I've got orange candles burning.
I've got,
You know,
If you think about wearing maybe some orange clothes or eating orange food,
Right?
Because you want to,
You know,
And as much as it seems like,
Oh my gosh,
Really?
So it's just about orange stuff.
But here's the thing.
It's not just about wearing orange clothes or anything.
It's about kind of like,
You know,
When you see the orange,
It kind of puts that mental thought into your head.
Oh,
The sacral chakra,
Right?
So it,
That's where that orange stuff comes in.
Now here's the cool thing.
You can also activate it by doing certain yoga poses.
The Cobra pose actually in yoga really,
Really helps to stimulate the sacral chakra.
So you can keep that in mind.
The crystals that kind of go along with this are tiger's eye and carnal,
Carnal lien,
Right?
So if you,
If you're interested in that and also tiger's eye is really good.
Well carnal lien is better for courage,
Right?
So I love that because it's like the courage to be your own creative self.
Pretty amazing.
I mean,
All of this stuff is so cool and it's so,
It makes so much sense and it's so,
You know,
I mean it's all throughout all of the ancient texts.
We see this all like blossoming,
Like it's all makes sense when you go back and you start to read through all the ancient texts,
Which I've been doing lately.
So it's kind of interesting.
So okay,
Essential oils,
Sandalwood,
Patchouli oil,
That kind of helps to stimulate this beautiful sacral chakra,
Right?
Okay,
So this is the cool part.
The frequency that goes with this is 417 Hertz.
Okay,
So if you're,
You know,
And then I want to say the note A,
Okay,
So if you know,
On a scale on the piano,
If you do an A,
That actually helps to stimulate that as well.
And what's interesting too is that,
And what we're going to do today,
We are going to meditate on the note A and the sacral chakra,
Right?
And the symbol,
I guess you could say,
That goes along with this,
Which is vam,
V A M,
Right?
So that's what we are going to focus on today,
Right?
We're going to focus on balancing and cleansing the sacral chakra,
Right?
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
This is so much fun.
Like,
I love this.
I love the chakras.
I love what they do for us.
At least the main ones,
Right?
There are thousands of other smaller ones all throughout our body.
So keep that in mind,
Right?
Okay,
So let's close our eyes.
Let's close our eyes and.
.
.
I have a frog in my throat today.
Close our eyes and take a nice deep breath in.
And release it.
Perfect.
Very good.
And before we start sitting in the stillness and focusing on our sacral chakra,
Let's start out the day by,
You know what I'm going to say,
A few things to be grateful for.
What are one or two things that are going really awesome in your life that you are absolutely grateful for?
It could be anything from the cup of coffee that you had this morning that just landed perfectly,
Right?
Or it could be that you are hanging out with family today.
Or even more sort of dramatic.
It could be that you are taking care of your chakras today.
Whatever it is for you.
What's beautiful about this little exercise is.

There's no wrong answer.
It is whatever it is for you personally.
So now as we sit in the stillness,
Our symbol that we are going to use as our mantra is VAM.

So we are just going to say over and over again,

As I play the shruti box in the note of A,
Then we can begin.

You can open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.
How amazing did that feel?
To me,
That felt so good.
It's interesting because you know that you're done activating it when it starts to get annoying.
At one point,
I was like,
Oh man,
I need to not do this anymore.
That's how you know that it's good.
You're done.
That's the way I do it.
I don't even know if that's a thing to be honest with you.
But that's the way I do it.
So go about today considering your own personal creativity.
Yeah,
You can think about the sex part of it.
Because everybody always talks about the sex chakra and all that stuff.
But I think that it's kind of forgotten sometimes about the creativity aspect.
Right?
So let's go throughout our day considering our own creativity and where that looks for us.
What that looks like for us.
